   Absolutely love this place. Jordan has an amazingly vast knowledge of dog health and happiness. Such a nice guy with a heart of gold. The shop is always clean and well stocked with plenty of choice. We go in quite often for the raw dog food for our Skye and she comes along too. Jordan spends so much time playing with her while both the hubby and I get all the supplies we need. Skye is always welcomed in, even off lead. I haven't used his delivery service but he does have one. One day he stayed open an extra hour or so, so my hubby could pick up food after he finished work. I had popped in earlier that day and his delivery hadn't arrived so he bent over backwards for us to make sure we got what Skye needed. We stay in fife and we are more than happy to drive over to get what we need cause it's so worth it. You will not regret a visit to Marley and co!!

   There honestly isn't a better pet shop you could possibly go to. From knowledge to products, it's by far the best out there. If you are looking for the best advice or the best products/food for your dog then head over to Winchburgh and pay Marley & Co a visit. Jordan who runs the shop is fantastic and will tell you all you need to know about your breed of dog and always guide you in the right direction when it comes to looking after your dog. Customer service is brilliant! 10/10 and thank you very much for an amazing service!

   Update 17 Feb, company contacted me, apologised and is sending treats by way of apology. Appreciate the gesture! Ordered a box for Christmas for my dog and it arrived on the 21st January. Royal Mail strikes to blame not Marley, but emails to the company to enquire about the product largely went unanswered ( I did eventually get one response asking me to wait a bit longer which I agreed to even though I’d already waited 3 weeks before contacting them), but i had to continuously chase and after hearing nothing for another few weeks I apologetically asked for a refund on the 20th and the box then miraculously turned up on the 21st. I’ve had zero comms so not sure if this was the original box finally arriving or they dispatched a new one but I guess I’ll never know. Realise things go wrong and realise it wasn’t the company’s fault. But customer service goes a long way too, and answering the odd email and letting your customers know you haven’t forgotten them goes even further. Afraid I won’t repeat purchase simply based on that fact. Which is a shame as the product is good and this is reflected by the 3 star rating.

   Incredible quality. I gave my Pug one of the treats and within minutes she looked at me in the way only Audrey Hepburn could (if she was a dog) and actually spoke in a cut glass British accent, she said 'you know what? This isn't half bad'. Obviously, I was amazed and said 'why have you waited 13 years to speak?' Her immediate retort was 'Up until now, the dog treats have been satisfactory at best, there was no need to talk' If these treats were a pop star they'd be David Bowie, if they were a film it would be Godfather part 2, the Lionel Messi of dog treats, the Beethoven of dog treats, the Bugatti of dog treats.

   We absolutely love Marley & Co Pet Supplies. Great quality products and great value for money. But above all else the service is outstanding. It’s a family run business and Amanda and Jordan bend over backwards to help and provide advice. My 4 month shorkie pup absolutely loves going to collect her goodies (they can be posted too) and playing with Marley and Junior whilst there. She loves all the natural treats we get and a box lasts us ages. She’s is also now on raw food too. I highly recommend Marley & Co.
