   I don't often review products but we've been using Bella and Duke with our two cats since we got them as kittens 2 years ago now and we couldn't recommend it enough. When we first got the girls they were on dry food and wet packets (which they would mainly eat the jelly from), after considering the long expiration date on the 'meat' we quickly decided to find an alternative and we went with Bella and Duke. We have never looked back, the girls are so energetic, and lively, their coats are glossy and healthy when they go to the bathroom it doesn't smell, not like it did when they were on dry and packet food. Bella and Duke have amazing customer service, when I first started with them they would ring and check we were happy with the products. A few months ago we had some issues with our road and the food delivery didn't come, I rang Bella and Duke who were so helpful and they got the order to come the very next day for us. At Christmas they send a special Christmas meal for both of the cats and it's little things like that just make all the difference. If you haven't already make the switch to Bella and Duke, such a great company that clearly cares about animals. A big thanks to Bella and Duke from our girls who always have clean plates!

   I’ve been having Bella & Duke delivered for over five years now. Our dogs absolutely love the food. Their poop is always firm and easy to pick up. I’ve accidentally stepped on it in the garden and it doesn’t squish into your shoes like when you encounter dog poop out in public! The most impressive thing for me is the service. I’ve called up customer service on a number of occasions. Nothing that Bella & Duke were at fault for. First thing was when I moved house. I made the adjustments to the delivery a day late and the food was delivered to my old address. I rang them up and a new delivery was made at no extra cost. The other times it’s been down to DPD delivery. The address is notoriously hard to find so there have been occasions where it was delivered else where. And again, Bella & Duke delivered a new package. The last time I had a rebellious delivery guy who I had fallen out with due to an unrelated delivery issue. So the guy was being difficult on purpose and saying he couldn’t find the address. He was leaving the delivery on the street etc. Bella & Duke sorted that situation out as well. Now we don’t suffer this driver any more. I think a great marking for a business is how they handle adverse situations. And I am nothing but impressed with how this business handle those situation. I would recommend to anyone who can afford this food to use Bella & Duke. Fantastic service! Thank you from our Dogs, Mr Nelson, Wilfred, Rosie and Luna.

   Really impressed with Bella and Duke! They were at the dog fest in Bristol last weekend so signed up for a trial from a very lovely rep that was there. Arrived very quickly and my dog absolutely loves it! Wolfed it down, her favourite was the lamb. Will definitely be reordering

   Bought 5 packs of this brand from Pets at Home to try with my dog who has since born being on raw food and who always love fruit and veg. This brand seemed like a good one to try but it has been the third day and it's been an absolute struggle for my dog to eat it. I have to try and be very persistent with my dog to try and it it but she doesn't like it at all. The photo I'm posting is for the 100% Raw Nutrition Super Beef, which as you can see from the photo it looks disgusting and no where near the look, colour or texture of real meat. No wonder my dog is not eating it. I bought 4 different flavours and all have been put into the bin. My dog is not a fussy eater and loves raw food. I tried many other brands and never had any issues but Bella & Duke are certainly never to make again to my shopping basket. I'm surprised how disgusting a dog food can look like. The marketing around "Super Foods" is also a non-sense, as dogs are wild creatures by nature and are not interested in any food trend that may apply to humans. Hugely disappointed with the brand. Never again.

   Bella & Duke have been brilliant from day one! The food always arrives exactly when they say it will, and there’s plenty of communication before each delivery. They even remember my dogs’ birthdays and send little presents which is such a lovely touch. And most importantly, my boys absolutely love their food which says it all! Couldn’t be happier with the service and have been with them for a few years now.

   Brilliant raw food company. Not only do my dogs love the food, each batch is tested for bacteria and quality. The meat we buy for ourselves has less quality control than the raw sold here, that was a big factor in choosing Bella and Duke. Great variety of flavours and a wide range of treats compatible with the raw diet. If you're of the more natural approach to worming, fleas etc they have that covered too. Customer service is out of this world. They go out of their way to help and educate on raw. Even a behaviourist is on hand for any issues you have with your dog. All this and the food is extremely competitively priced. My dogs are thriving, full of energy, lean and healthy. This food has done wonders for them.

   Pepper was a bit of a fussy eater before we started using Bella & Duke. I'd been using a smaller raw food company and their food was quite dry and although the quality was certainly there, I think Pepper found it too dry and often turned her nose up at it. We switched to Bella & Duke as their introductory 50% off incentive was too good to pass up, and we've been with them ever since. Pepper doesn't have an ounce of fat on her, but is built like a tank. She never misses a meal and is clearly enthusiastic at the prospect of eating, and it's thanks to the quality of the food we receive. The customer service is fantastic, the food is unmatched and our dog is one happy lady!

   I ordered Bella and Duke raw food for my Pure breed ragdoll cat BEFORE he even came home. I was recommended their service and food from the breeder. I have not been disappointed. My cat absolutely loves his raw food and always eagerly waits for feeding times. There is a varied selection of flavours, so food can be switched up every other day which my cat enjoys. I also received a follow up call from their customer service team. The gentleman was very informative and answered all of my questions and advised more on recommended feeding portions and schedules. At no point did I feel any pressure or think it was cold calling, I believe it was a genuine call to follow up on how well my cat was taking to his food. I have read a few reviews on here whereby people are complaining about the price going up after their first month. The customer is made well aware of this prior to subscription and there is full flexibility to log in and change delivery dates, daily feeds and cancel services if needed. The price is well displayed for the following month after subscription and also shows how many days until the next delivery. I am very happy with the quality of the food and would not even consider a second option. The price is well worth the quality of the food and the company is extremely knowledgeable. I am happy to continue with my subscription as I value the quality of food that is being fed to my cat. Thank you so much B&D for bringing quality raw cat food for our felines.
