Booked an 08.30 appointment for two new front tyres, arrived at 08.10 had two tyres fitted and on my way home before my appointent time. Excellent service received.
The selection of tyre size and brands available for my vehicle was an easy matter using F1's excellent website. Booking online was also perfectly straightforward, though a Black Friday discount voucher offered failed at checkout. The price was competitive anyway so I went ahead with the transaction. The service at the auto centre was first class, very efficient with very good customer care. Happy overall and I would use F1 again, but it's not good to offer discounts that aren't honoured.
My car was acting strange so I brought it to this garage as I was close by and remembered they were there. I explained I had seen smoke and the coolant had shot up. They examined it within ten minutes, diagnosed the problem, had it fixed and ready to go the next morning around 8am. I couldn't be happier with the service and the team. I was so worried as starting a new job with the car being essential, they were friendly, approachable, went out of their way to assist me and the best thing they were quick and reasonably priced. I'm leaving a very happy woman able to go to work without any issues. As a bonus he changed my stop light which had stopped working too! Would use every time and recommend to everyone. Thanks again!
Came in for an MOT with Mirek, he was very friendly and told me I needed tyres and a tracking. Went to speak to Martin in the office and within 45 mins tyres fitted and tracking done. Fantastic garage would definitely recommend.
I recently had my tires changed here. Overall, the service seemed fine, but right after leaving the shop, a warning popped up to check tire pressure. I checked and all tires were inflated to 2.7 bar, which is a bit too much. Also, I was told that my wheel alignment was off and needed adjusting — even though I had it done just a few months ago and never experienced any issues with steering or tracking. I even have screenshots and photos to prove it. I don’t suspect bad intentions, but the whole situation felt a bit questionable.
Great service for tires fitting. I booked this place after being suggested to me from the online seller I got the tires from. They had available slot next day and all went well. They changed the tires for 40 mins. Which is decent. Would use again!
Booked my MOT at formula one Longwell green and booked a tyre change on the same day through Asda’s tyre service. Asda however do not check in with the fitters first and there was no availability to do the tyres. However formula one were really accommodating and helpful and did it for me anyway. Highly recommend, really helpful and friendly and not expensive

Booked my car in for a mot and asked if it could be done during school hours as needed to pick my daughter up and had just had a new born. They were very obliging and nothing was to much trouble for them. Very professional. Would recommend them to anyone. Would rate you higher if I could.
