    I was quoted a price for vaccine via phone and again in person at Dundas Granton, but was then charged almost £40 more. When I queried this, I was met with a mere nonchalant shrug! Reception staff either gave wrong information TWICE or over charged me. Either way, I will not be using this vet again. Communication is vital, especially when dealing with the health of animals.

    The staff here are brilliant. I had to take my cat in for an operation. It was cold outside and they let us in early while they set up, so the cat didn't get cold. Every staff member I spoke to was warm and understanding. My cat is difficult at the best of times but she got the best of care, well explained aftercare, and is back to her usual self.
