   not professional. I did mot and the exhaust was not qualified. They changed a few parts for me, but they still didn‘t meet the standard. I asked them how many parts they needed to be replaced. They told me to keep troubleshooting. I don’t want a fool to pay them all the time. The problem has not been solved. It‘s been two weeks. I haven’t used the car for two weeks, and I still spent money. I don‘t know if they changed my parts or not. In the end, I can only take the car to another place for repair.

   I recently had my Mercedes serviced, which included the installation of new tyres and brakes. Despite generally positive reviews, I was dissatisfied with the outcome. The job sheet indicated that the coolant level, alternator belt, and wiper blades were in good condition; however, upon inspection, it became evident that these components were not accurately assessed and required replacement. I had to return to have the coolant topped up, an issue that could have been prevented. While I appreciate that the service was completed within the promised timeframe, I am uncertain if a comprehensive "Major Service" was indeed performed.

   Been looking for a garage for a while to do my mot and service. I found lcm automotive. It was very easy from the start. I used online booking service and they said a price. Drop my car off the night before and they was very happy and polite.When I picked my car they explained every they did. I was very much at ease with everything. Differently going back next year.

   Fantastic hassle free service, booked service and MOT with vehicle collection. Vehicle collected and returned on time, driver gave me courtesy call when they arrived and to confirm when car was coming back. Service and MOT well priced and quality of work exceptional. My car has run far better in the last 2 years since I started using LCM. At last an honest, trustworthy and reliable garage. Excellent customer service and peace of mind that my car was well looked after whilst it was with them.

   These guys are great. Just had my second mot with them and they fitted me in last minute, as I accidentally let my mot run over a little, they worked around me and got me all sorted. This year no issues and a simple pass but last year I needed some work done, they were clear on pricing and didn't pressurise or talk down to me, I'll definitely keep using them. I have recommended them to a few friends and will continue to do so. Edit: I've kept using them since my initial review and they are still as good as ever. Edit, edit: just had another MOT, I got my times mixed up and they were still brilliant and sorted me out no problem

   Just wanted to say a massive thankyou for fitting in my daughters car for an urgent MOT. Every garage was booked up including LCM. She needed the car to attend a wedding miles away and had forgotten to book. They kindly arranged for someone to start at 7am to fit her in. She had call just after 8.15am, all completed and passed. Fair to say will be using them again, especially with seeing all the great reviews. Will give notice next time!
