I find the staff approachable with my questions and they are very informative with their answers. They also handle my cats very well, minimising any distress. Easy to get appointments during the week. Have used out of hours clinic at Loanhead, also a good practice, would recommend this group. Car park nearby is very handy too.
The staff here are all very friendly and knowledgeable. My dog enjoys her visits so much she tries to pull me through the door every time we pass. I'm part of the healthy pet club here which covers non emergency care and it has worked out as good value so far.
