“On a Saturday my old Vokera boiler stopped working and by that Thursday I had a new and stronger Glow Worm boiler installed, with minimal fuss, by Adam. I phoned Adam on the weekend and he came out first thing on Monday to have a look. The gas valve was broken, so Adam sent me over invoices for the broken part and for new boiler without pressure to choose. In the end, given the boiler’s age I opted to have it replaced. He and his colleague came out on Thursday and within a few hours my boiler was installed, and they were so clean with the instal! So so rare with tradespeople. Would 10/10 recommend and will be having him service my boiler annually.”

“Outstanding Implant Care from Dr Ferhan and Kasia I had what could have been a very complicated and costly complication during an implant crown fitting at another practice in Edinburgh, where the screw unfortunately fractured inside the implant. As a dentist myself, I knew how technically challenging it is to remove a broken screw from within an implant and that it would require a highly skilled surgeon. I contacted Edinburgh Dental and was offered a same-day appointment. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism of the entire team was evident. I was seen by Dr Ferhan, whom I knew through my colleges years but had never met in person before. His expertise, calm approach and precision were truly exceptional. He successfully removed the broken screw and arranged for a replacement. Today I returned for the fitting of the new screw and crown, assisted by Kasia. The appointment was smooth, efficient and completed within 15 minutes. The result is excellent – my crown is perfectly fitted and feels completely natural again. I had to get a filling today and I have to say it was a calm and stress free experience. “Excellent service! I have always hated going to the dentist as I’d had a very anxious dentist in portobello, who made me feel uneasy on every visit. I looked for a new dentist, and after reading reviews, decided to swap to Vitality Dental Care a year ago. I have had appointments with both Dr Adam and Dr Omar. Both of them are incredible at what they do, they are both so calm and reassuring. I bit into (what I believed to be) a pitted olive on Sunday which unfortunately had a full olive stone in it. It knocked out my front canine tooth. This has required lots of appointments and decisions but Vitality couldn’t have been more helpful nor supportive in guiding me through the process and explaining all my options. Today I had root canal treatment with Dr Adam. I was extremely nervous as had heard horror stories about root canal, but it was absolutely fine. I couldn’t believe how skilled he was and how relaxed he made me feel before, during, and after treatment. My partner, colleague and friend are all trying to swap dentist to vitality after how much I’ve raved about the service. I would (and have been) recommending Vitality to everyone. Tracy at reception is so friendly, professional and informative every time I call (which has been often this last week).
