As someone who visited the dreaded Dental Hospital in Chambers Street as a kid the dentist has never been a favourite place for me. But Dr Ollerhead and his team @ Bruntsfield Dental are extremely patient and kind that I'll gladly visit when I have to. The prices are super reasonable and he's been able to squeeze me in very quickly when I had an emergency. Dr Ollerhead is supremely professional and a credit to the dental industry. I went to Ian at Bruntsfield for Invisalign and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, he explained everything really clearly and took the time to talk me through each step of the process. I was even able to see a visual plan of my journey, including how my teeth would look at the end, which made the whole process really exciting and reassuring. I had my Invisalign done here. I did a lot of comparison between different practices and this is one of the best priced in Edinburgh for the retainers. Dr Ollerhead was absolutely great - very helpful and professional. He was very matter of fact when it came to comparing different braces and at no point tried to push me for anything that's maybe more expensive and also let me make decisions at my own pace. This is very different to other popular places in Edinburgh which have pushy sales tactics and are represented by sales people rather than dentists. Bruntsfield Dental also has great repayment options that come in handy with such an important purchase. Overall, I'm very happy I found this dental practice and very satisfied with the results ☺

Bruntsfield Dental is a lovely practise. Going in makes me feel comfortable every time. The practise is well-lit, modern and staff are incredibly nice. My usual dentist, Mr. Dunsmore, is calm, highly professional and explains everything in detail. If you're not a fan of going to the dentist, I believe you would feel very comfortable here.
