They were brilliant with my dog, so gentle and caring and they made me feel so relaxed during a stressful time. They all appeared to have great knowledge of veterinary care and every member of staff was aware of my dogs situation and were so caring while we were in the practice. The vet was able to see us immediately when I had concerns following my dogs procedure and additionally, the out of hours vets service were fantastic at answering questions and being available for support. The vet was also able to give helpful advice around claiming on my pet insurance.”
