An excellent veterinary practice with lovely staff. I find them kind and caring, with prices entirely reasonable. Highly recommend them. Parking can be a bit of a challenge at this location but otherwise an overall great experience dealing with them for my two very silly kitties.

Having moved my dog to this vet after several unsatisfactory experiences at my previous practice I could not be happier with the treatment received. The staff were all so friendly and kind. The vet was patient and thorough despite my dog being a drama queen! Highly recommend.

Lovely receptionist and doctor! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. It’s quite easy to get an appointment too. I have a mouse and it’s always stressful to go to the vet as he is very hard to examine, but the doctor on shift was incredible and so friendly. Basil (my mouse) was never as friendly and calm at the vet!

Rude and judgemental receptionist — I missed a follow up vaccination appointment because I mistakenly entered it in my calendar as Friday instead of Thursday — I have ADHD and I struggle with making careless mistakes and keeping a hold of paperwork. A new appointment was made over the xmas holidays when I was on holiday and so arranged for the person looking after my dog to take her (my ex — who has brought her up from a pup) —- on returning I found he was ill and confirmed with the vet that he had not attended. The receptionist rudely exclaimed “well she is your dog!” Absolutely uncalled for!!! Instead she made an appointment far in the future so I asked for some sort of appointment confirmation maybe by text and she point blanked refused telling me “we don’t offer that sort of service — you will have to scribble it down”. This is completely judgement and prejudice and discrimination against the the equality act 2010 not to offer a text or email as a “reasonable adjustment”

I have never been so upset or disappointed in my life. They have always provided an amazing service and helped my beloved dog over the course of a few years. We appreciated everything they did to help our dog. All members of staff are trusting and caring so when we left our pet in their care we didn’t not think there would be any issues. We sadly had to say goodbye to my dog a couple of weeks ago. Me and my mother had chosen a few things from the crematorium so we could have something special to remember our little angel. When we finally received our dogs ashes all the extras we had ordered and paid for were not there. The person who took the call had not put our order through correctly and now we have to live with the fact that we don’t have special memories of our dog. We were also told that our dog would be in the best hands. Our dog would be sent back to us within one week. My poor dog was lying in the morgue for over 10 days. When we were told that there had been miscommunication I honestly laughed. How can there be miscommunication when we mention twice on the phone what we wanted and expressed how much it meant. It’s extremely disrespectful and so upsetting. There is nothing that can be done now however when you leave your pet in the hands of the vet you don't expect there to be any miscommunication.
