   Awful experience. Awful and disgusting customer service. Was served by Susan at 2pm. She said to the elderly gentleman in front of me that she couldn’t help him pack the shopping because she had “big queues” there was one person behind me. Neither of us had big trolleys. She was sat there chewing gum with her mouth wide open and clearly couldn’t give a crap. The way she spoke to that gentleman was absolutely unacceptable!!

   We are from a different part of the world and we dropped in here since noticed it as we drove by. It’s very clean, well organized, and the staff is very helpful. If you can’t find d it here, it probably doesn’t exist. The prices are reasonable as well. We’re thinking of moving to this area, we will definitely come back here to shop again. If you haven’t been here, you must go. If you have, you must go back. I k ow we will!

   I would like to say about me experience back last week on June the 23rd at 17:15 I was using a self check out machine in which a had a few major things I was using while I was trying to see if a voucher I had worked and an assistant called Amy came and helped me greatly with both and had both a friendly and professional attitude and made sure the voucher worked and that all my items went through as smoothly as could be so I'd like to thank Amy for her help hope her manager sees this and commends her for it.

   The actual store is always a mess, doesn’t matter what time I go in there’s boxes and crates everywhere. Very limited stock and what they do have has really short shelf life. Staff are indifferent at best! Only go now if I absolutely must.

   My Mum does our family weekly shop in Asda, she would usually buy the same items every week but she couldn’t find what she was looking for so asked an employee for some assistance on a few items. This employee went above and beyond to find what my Mum was looking for, came back with every item. My mum said the employee that helped her what called Phoebe. A food shop for a family of 5 is hard work and Phoebe made it that bit easier.

   I always shop in Asda and feel it’s a very friendly shop. But on one occasion my GF and I went in looking for boxes for our house move. Up steps an employee who we later found out is called Phoebe and she says she’ll put boxes a side so we can pick them up in the morning. I go back in the morning to about 20 boxes put a side for us. Asda needs to give Phoebe a raise.

   Really shocked by how rude the staff in this store are. I work in retail myself and could never speak to a stranger with such a rude manner. I had ordered stuff for my kuds Xmas online and George sent the wrong sizes . No apologies from any staff and acted like I was the burden returning stuff. As for the lady that stands at self check out. She must ve the only person on this planet to have found a job that you get paid to stand and do absolutely NOTHING and still she's not happy about. A smile goes a long way alloa. I'd maybe try it.

   Good value clothing etc, just a shame Ajay thought throwing them at us was ok! In the past the lovely checkout staff took the time to fold the items.
