   Alloa Tesco Cafe. I was very impressed with the Breakfast Hash yesterday, so much so, I returned today. Unfortunately, I was served an entirely different tasting meal ie with no red pepper or paprika (the main ingredients that bring this dish to life). When I enquired if I’d been served the correct dish, I was informed in a matter-of-fact manner that they didn’t have any paprika in the kitchen (despite the Tesco app showing 5 in stock in isle 7). Sometimes menu items are unavailable, but this should really be made clear to the purchaser, rather than surreptitiously serving something that differs to what’s been advertised and paid for.

   I went to collect my click and collect order, but realised I had forgotten my phone, which you need. Asked at the customer service desk if there was any way I could collect without it, and she put out a call for a click and collect colleague. Someone came very quickly and advised me it was no problem at all, just to go back to my car and he would bring it out. As always I was offered a hand to pack, and was soon on my way. Thank you so much for saving me an extra journey.

   You can purchase most of the things you need grocery wise they also stock some white goods as well opens early and closes late. loads of free parking

   Tesco Extra in Alloa. 5 supermarkets are within a mile distance in Alloa. This store has 2 floors which can be accessed by escalator and lift. Toilets for customer are located at the front entrance. Disabled toliets (out of order on 30/09/2022) are at front and near to Water & Drinks aisle. This store sells pretty much everything from greeting cards to car accessories to grocery. Literally everything. Large frozen section available. Food and non food products. Large collection of PET foods. The store also have a mobile shop located at the back on the ground floor. Clothing & Footwear are located on the first floor. There is a Costa Coffee Machine and Krispy Kreme Donoughts next to customer service checkouts. Generally fully stocked from toys to bakery, eggs, sweets, spices, milk and many more. Also sells lotteries. There are 12 main checkouts & 12 self checkouts. Photo booth machine & Coin star machine can be found at the far end of the last main checkout. Disabled electric vehicles are also available on request. Free parking for 4 hours. Parking facilities are managed by Horizon parking. Plenty of parking available all day everyday. There is a massive Bulk buy products also available. Royal mail post box next to entrance point.

   Go their once a week to do my shopping all staff Very polite and helpful if you can't find what you want they will show you where it is they also have a cafe up stairs there is a life at the back of the shop for disabled people and there is also an escalator.

   Big and full of everything you could need. The car park has plenty of space and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. The shop looked clean and well looked after which is always a good sign for me if it is well run or not.
