   One of my cats appeared to have an issue with his teeth so I booked an appointment online and was pleased that it was only 48 hours before the practice could see him. The nurse called us in on time and performed a full check up, i.e. weight, teeth, bowels etc. Fortunately there were no issues so the episode was put down to a change of routine (I'd been away & asked a friend to visit/feed) and I left with a feeling of relief. Great service yet again.

   We just had our dog Bow’s very first trip to the vet, and it couldn’t have gone better! From the moment we walked in, everyone made her feel comfortable and welcome. The vet was incredibly kind and gentle, making sure Bow had plenty of tasty treats throughout the check-up (which she definitely enjoyed!). They even mentioned they’d put it in her notes that she’s a fan of treats — such a cute personal touch! The vet took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us great information about Bow’s health. We were so happy to hear them comment on how beautiful she is and what great shape she’s in. It’s so reassuring to know she’s in such good hands. All in all, it was such a positive and reassuring experience for both Bow and us — we couldn’t have asked for a better start to her vet visits!    Great local vets practice. Staff are always polite and helpful and you get a reminder text for your pet's vaccination appointment. Apointment was on time and vet was helpful when asked about my dogs change in behaviour. Not rushed to see next "patient".

   My wee doggie nessie wasn't looking to well so I gave them a call , bring her in ASAP and we'll have a look , within minutes they new the problem , urin infection ! Couple of injections and some tablets and all is well can't thank them enough !!! Been several times before and we're always great !
