   I recently sent a framed painting, so it included a large sheet of glass, from the Scotland to the USA with Pack and Send. The painting had lots of sentimental value. It arrived in perfect condition! I packed it with their advice, then it was collected and delivered at the estimated times. So thanks very much for all your help at Pack and Send, you've been quick to respond and so friendly and helpful through the process and my anxiety! Efficient and professional.    Great Service – Professional, Personal, and Reassuring I recently used Pack & Send Glasgow to transport a large collection of crystal-ware that I had inherited from Dunoon to Sheffield. I did not want my aunt to have the stress of packing such meaningful items so I was very grateful to find a service that could handle everything with professionalism and genuine care, reassuring both me and my Aunt that the items would arrive safely. Even when one of the boxes was slightly damaged in transit, not a single item inside was harmed. The quality of the packing was excellent. I was also very grateful for the teams personal touch. They made what could have been a very stressful process worry-free. I would recommend Pack & Send Glasgow to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy packing and shipping service.

   I’m a professional artist and I recently used Pack and Send Glasgow for my collection release of original artworks. The service has been fantastic from start to finish. I shipped 14 paintings with Pack and Send, including both UK and international shipping destinations. Communication was excellent, with quick replies to anything I needed help with. The paintings were collected from my studio at times to suit me, and were professionally packaged by Pack and Send, with very quick dispatch. All artworks arrived safely to their destinations and I was kept fully updated throughout shipping, including support through customs. Thank you Stuart and the team, this has been the best experience with shipping artwork I’ve had. I’ll definitely use this service again in the future and fully recommend to others looking to ship original artwork!

   As you can see from the photos attached, Pack and Send Glasgow DO NOT KNOW how to professionally handle consignments! I wish I had ignored what I can see now are clearly fake reviews for Pack and Send Glasgow, which are the ones that of course Pack and Send respond to. My consignment wasn’t even attached to a pallet, had rolled badly in transit damaged the contents and items were also lost in transit. I paid £280 for this utter shambolic service and no surprise Javaid refused a refund of these funds blaming the lorry driver who delivered it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have sent my complaint to Pack and Send UK, so hopefully they will redress the situation. Don’t ignore this review, you will be left bitterly disappointed if you use the services of Pack and Send Glasgow and the after services are literally non existent. 0/10 is the best way to describe these cowboys.

They repacked everything with extra bubble wrap, wrote a full itemised list of the contents and completed a declaration form for customs. Incredible customer service, and very friendly. Very reasonably priced as well compared to alternative companies, highly recommend!

   I highly recommend Pack & Send Glasgow. The staff are very friendly, conscientious and extremely attentive. If you are like me and find it difficult to navigate the international shipping situation post Brexit then Pack & Send can take all that stress and worry away for you. Ainslee has helped me a number of times with shipping my paintings around Europe and has always reassured me with her open communication and sensible advice. The service they provide is second to none and you can tell they take pride in their work. Can’t fault the place at all! 10/10

   Absolutely first rate. Glasgow City P&S collected and shipped a large, heavy, but relatively fragile antique from the UK to the US for me. The packing was excellent, the price reasonable, the pick-up and delivery timely. They gave me regular updates throughout the process. Truly excellent. Really, I couldn't recommend Glasgow City P&S highly enough.
