The Nailsea team did a fanatic job in fixing my BMW. Unfortunately, I developed a problem with my exhaust. After a quick phone call I was booked in for the next day first thing in the morning. After an inspection the team quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes. Awesome service and great work - will definitely use them again!!

I needed to get some new tyres quite urgently & the team here were most helpful, they had the tyres I required & were able to fit them the same day. The tyres were a bit pricey, but then I needed them & just didn't have the time to shop around. Could not fault them on service.
Brilliant service, as a woman of a certain age I find many garages a little condescending. These guys, from the first phone call were nothing but helpful and friendly. Justin explained what was wrong with my van, how quickly it needed sorting, giving me the confidence and information to get it sorted. Had my MOT done here, car failed (unsurprisingly), bought it back for a retest and they fitted me in last minute. Very professional, knowledgeable, super helpful, friendly staff. It's the second time I've had my MOT done here, would thoroughly recommend.
The staff went up great lengths to resolve my issue. I contacted them needing a car battery replacement that day and it wasn’t clear which one was required so they called another branch to double check. They then booked me in fir that lunchtime and fitted it. Both members of staff were courteous and professional.
