Excellent service from both Gary and Jeremy. Found this garage as a happy accident when our car broke down and we were taken here by the RAC. Have been coming back since, must be at least 6 years now. Always excellent service and I feel really taken care of. Obviously all garages are expensive places but always feels like they do their best to really give us the best deal make sure the car is well taken care of. Would recommend this garage to anyone in the North Bristol area.
Took the car for an MOT and oil service with an EML on. They were able to sort out everything really quick but I had to wait a bit for the exhaust as it was blown. In the meantime they provided a courtesy car which was really helpful. I totally recommend the garage as they are very professional and always happy to help.
Been here a couple of times for MOT and Servicing recommended to me. Had no issues, MOT is such a good price! Took my last car in for an MOT last year and questioned the price for services as that was coming up next and said they would do a deal set price for both. I didnt need it servicing at that time so i just paid for MOT but came up a couple months later for the servicing and they charged me the difference in price so i did not have to pay full price for the service which was very kind :) returned with my new car a couple of days ago for MOT very impressed even took out my empty bottles rolling around the back of my car☺️ Only thing is i was collecting my car the next day but had no phone call on the day if my car had passed or not. Not a problem though as i was checking the gov website every hour :) Also being a young girl other times in a different garage ive always felt like i needed to take a man with me i.e dad/partner in fear of being ripped off but here they are so friendly this is not the case anymore thank you☺️
