I’ve used D&B Automotive for a few years now and I’ve always been happy& impressed with the friendly service they provide. Collected my car today after it’s MOT and service sadly it failed the MOT but the parts needed were ordered and fitted promptly at a very reasonable price, plus they gave my car a good wash what a bonus. I’ve used D&B for years. If there is a garage and team I can trust, it’s always gonna be Michelle and her team. They’re always on top tier, always performing over expectation and constantly delivering fantastic service. They are clearly passionate about their customers, business, and Mercedes in general. I’ve had my c250 in multiple times, and each time they’ve had the car booked, checked, repaired within a few days at the most depending on how complex. Mercs aren’t cheap to run, or repair but I’ve found that these guys will do their hardest to keep that cost down. I usually do my own work on my cars, but when I need something I can’t do they’ll always be the first. You’re paying for the knowledge, skills, and tools - and it’s worth every penny.
Took my S211 in for a repair this week. First time I've used them. Knowledgeable friendly staff, good communication, well priced. All work and potential outcomes explained up front, so no surprises. Michelle knows her stuff, probably not a lot she doesn't know about Mercedes vehicles. I highly recommend this garage.

I have tried reaching out to this company several times for quotes to get some work done. My first email being all the way back in September so way before the Christmas period. I have since emailed, called and left a voicemail and also sent a Whatsapp message but all have been ignored. I have now given up and found another Mercedes specialist. Really disappointed as this company came highly recommended.
Great service with no nonsense advice about my car breaking it down into what must be done, versus what can be kept an eye on. No charge loan car. Definitely recommended!
I received the best services a customer could want. My engine management light kept coming on and off, after trying mainly local garages they couldn’t help me. So I rang D&B and the lady on the desk was so helpful and reassuring. I was booked in very quickly, when arriving I was reassured that they would contact me before any work was done. I was given a curtsey car as I had no other transport, it wasn’t long before they rang and told me the problem, how much it was going to cost and when it would be ready. I had warranty with the garage I bought it from but of course I wasn’t covered for what I needed, the lady in reception was so helpful ringing them and trying to get some where but they wasn’t having any of it. My car was fixed straight away and I was able to collect a few days later. Couldn’t fault them, will definitely be getting any further work/servicing done there. Very grateful for them sorting it so quickly. Side note, reggie was such a sweet heart. Thanks D&B
