   Callum was very helpful from choosing a car through to the sales process. Lee pulled out all the stops to get the car ready in just a few days.    I can’t rate Clarus Motor Park enough, I bought the car from them a few years ago and have always gone back for every MOT. Lee was great and managed to fit me in last minute for the MOT and was also extremely helpful with getting an MOT on my partners car within a few days. Wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else! :)

   Took my car here for an oil and filter change and new spark plugs. Ran like a dog after work was done. Took it back as seemed to be running on 3 cylinders. They claim to have checked leads and plugs and took it for test drive but it was still the same Took it to a different garage who found the ceramic around one of the plugs was cracked. Avoid like the plague!!

   Having visited several garages whilst looking for a replacement vehicle we happened across Clarus in Bristol and then discovered their Clevedon garage also. We ended up speaking with Ashley who was very pleasant to deal with, there was no pushy sales pitch and we were left alone to look over their vehicle without interruptions. Once we had decided on a vehicle and provided proof of ID we were given the keys and told to take it for a good drive and thoroughly test it out. On returning the vehicle (that was only just in their stock) there was an issue with the bodywork that we requested would be rectified. This and the part ex was all discussed and agreed. Communication was outstanding, we feel the garage went above and beyond even taking care of a recall issue. The vehicle was valeted and delivered to their Bristol garage having had the bodywork taken care of. It’s been a week or so since we took ownership of the vehicle and we couldn’t be happier. All in all a very pleasant experience, Ashley was courteous throughout and true to his word. We would recommend this garage to any potential car buyers, and should the day come where we need a change of vehicle, it’ll be the first place we contact.

   I contacted them last Wednesday and asked if they could look at my car as we had lost all coolant, they were open and honest from the outset and said they could see the car on Friday. So, I dropped it to them on Thursday and they were very polite and welcoming. Friday, to my surprise before 10am I had a call from them diagnosing the issue. They were again open and honest to myself explaining that it’s a main dealer part and that they would get it as fast as they could. They said I could have the car back and top the coolant up and bring it back when they have the part, but they advised against that as it could damage the engine so they kept it. All the way through they were clear and transparent about everything. On the Monday I realised that the car would also need an MOT and service, without any hesitation they booked this in for the Tuesday as well. In all they completed the main repair that it went in for and at my request, they also completed and full service and MOT. Needless to say this made a dent in the wallet, however they offered me a plan through ‘Payment Assist’ which helped me spread the cost over 4 payments. I can’t rave enough about the service I have received from them, they have helped more than I could imagine and highly recommend them to ahoy one that needs work doing. Thank you from me and my family.

   Can't rate Clarus Motorpark (Tom) highly enough, a hassle free trade in, test drive and subsequent purchase of a new car. Tom was fast to reply to queries and appointments, test drives (and new car collection)arranged at times that suited me and I was kept up to date with next steps throughout. I received my new car valeted and in great condition and the boring bit, the paperwork, was quickly sorted. Also reassuring to find a car sales business where as a lone female you aren't patronized, talked down to or otherwise left feeling uncomfortable or unsafe. Can and will definitely recommend!
