“Rang just before they closed on Thursday absolutely desperate as my windscreen washers had failed on me and it was freezing temperatures with a lot of salt on the roads. Lady I spoke to got me in straight away Friday, dropped the car off first thing Friday morning and had a call around half 11 with the job completed and the failed motor replaced. Cannot fault the service and the price was also reasonable, BMW couldn’t get me in until Monday and they quoted a lot more than what I paid for the work to be done just to diagnose the issue. Credit to the guys at DMS, lady on reception was very friendly and was extremely helpful.”

“I found Daryl a professional from the outset, he explained the undersealing process fully. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times and also offered a courtesy car if needed. He kept to his predicted job time even with a few problems as the Navara has lots of nooks and crannies underneath which made the job a bit more of a challenge. “Ryan reached out to me on the Caddy forum offering his help with my caddy conversion. I thought I’d take the punt and give him a try, rather than travel all the way to Manchester and I’m over the moon with the result. They took the van from ply lined to fully carpeted, insulated and sound deadened, with Touran sports seats, Alcantara roof and accents with spot lights. All done within 2 days. Really good job and really well priced compared to some. Was a 400 mile round trip but was very worth it. Highly recommend! Cheers!”

“What can I say,after being let down by Servicing Stop the day before my car being picked up for a service and MOT,I went online and these guys came up with availability, unfortunately when I booked and confirmed,I got a call from them saying they were fully booked for the following day but then said,give me 5 minutes and I'll call you back,a couple of minutes later I got the call and was very happy,they squeezed me in for service and MOT,top blokes and very hospitable,was shown the waiting area and offered a coffee,in fact had 2,car failed on a minor so Lucas got on phone to suppliers who had what they needed for car,so whilst service was being done the part turned up,Lucas showed me the part replaced through deterioration, service done,part fitted,back through MOT,PASS,I can't thank or RECOMMEND these guys enough.Thank you Team Car Aid,have already recommended you to friends and family.”
