Friendly reception staff and very efficient. But when it comes to going upstairs for a tattoo it’s just not on!!! The cling film on the benches looks like it’s been there months, the needle didn’t look new and the artists try and get you out the door as quick as possible. I’ve had many tattoos and also had travel tattoos which have all been in cleaner studios. This place is just an accident waiting to happen. Someone’s gonna get a real bad infection. DO NOT RECOMMEND if you’re looking for a safe place to go and get tattooed. Also read some of the other lower end reviews and the amount of people who’ve been for ear piercings and come away with an infection due to their poor hygiene. This place wants closing down.

i came in to get snake bites on their flash sale last year around Christmas after getting my septum done around October and nostril and nostril re piercing a couple years before and when i’d come in to ask the size the manger acting as receptionist told me it just by looking at it from her desk… first thing was that they (receptionist and my piercer didn't even know what she was supposed to be doing) forgot what i wanted after me sitting their for a few mins as another person was being pierced then she did it and the jewellery going through felt 20x worse than getting the actual needle part! then no aftercare as id been their before which was no help as i wasn’t 100% sure on what i was doing so ended up using salt water which is an outdated practice as it dries up and irritates the piercing… and then a couple days later the ball came off my piercing after being under a plaster that i had to wear at college for my practical session…. then i went to get a new one and the piercer wasn’t in so i got a new bar free of charge which was a bit suspicious looking back at it (as my new piercing place charged me £5 for a new bar when the piercer wasn’t in and i didn’t know my size)… then came downsizing i came in when i was free was told piercer was ill and to come back in a couple weeks so i kept coming back and even messaged them on facebook asking if they had any bars for downsizing and they never did so my piercing became majorly irritated and despite healing was still very sore and painful and eventually one hole closed up after i had took the bar out for a sec!! turns out they use cheap mystery metal and that it’s most likely stainless steel that has nickel in it and is the most common allergy and it’s externally threaded not internally threaded which is a big nono at this rate i should of gone to claire’s! i have now directed my services to inked up which is way better!

Came in recently and got one of the small £30 flash tattoos, part of the tattoo is blown out and blurry due to the needle being too deep in the skin. The artist was very quiet and even though I visibly had other tattoos, no aftercare information was given. The artist said the tattoo did not need wrapping as it was only small and when I asked for it to be wrapped he said he did not have any cling film which was unusual as no matter the size they should all be wrapped to stop infection. I was given a piece of kitchen roll and some tape. I know it was only a tiny £30 tattoo but it seemed like the artist just wanted people in and out to get more money. Every customer should be having tattoos wrapped and given aftercare instructions regardless of price or time. The hygiene standards are worrying, the cling film on the tattoo bench looked very old and had not been changed between customers which is a big risk. The boxes on the counter had ink sprayed all over and there were bits of food all over the floor and counters. The bathroom was extremely dusty. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 purely because the staff in the reception area were very helpful and kind as we are not local and needed to locate a cash machine.

got my eyebrow pierced here in the beginning of may, it is now september and has not healed at all, huge bump on the top ball and so much redness on the bottom and i have been taking perfect care of it. i have heard about the bad quality jewellery that they use to pierce with so i am going to try to change the bar. they also did not even look at the consent form i signed so i could have been 11 years old for all they care and gave absolutely no explanation about healing times, when i can change jewellery, healing time etc. just did the piercing and threw me out basically. do not come here

The loveliest staff! I popped in last weekend in a panic after getting a shop-bought nose stud stuck! The staff were so kind, helping calm me down, removed the terrible stud and replaced with one of their own. Can’t thank them enough!

I got a tongue piercing and it's healed okay but I come today to get it changed out and they posted walk in piercings till 6 so I text about 5pm to ask if they had space and asked if the piercer was there, I also called but no one picked up and they didn't respond at all but I got there at 5:50 and a rude guy told me they were closed and that the piercer went home at 5, so why not respond on messenger or answer the phone when you are open, bad communication, the girls that dealt with me originally were wonderful but I won't be wasting my time coming back

Aftercare they suggested is not up to date and resulted in my piercing becoming infected, jewellery quality used was poor and kept falling out my ear. Had to goto a registered APP piercer to get it looked at and changed.

Love my tattoo that I’ve just had done. Reasonably priced too. Only the smallest thing to suggest- sometimes you’ll have to wait for them to draw the tattoo which is totally fine of course, but if you have to wait for 30 minutes like I was today then maybe you guys could put a small bench in the corner for people to wait? My neck was hurting from standing for so long. Other than that everything else was brilliant. Thanks guys
