    Very strange MOT, they failed it because the headlight didn't work (they say although as far as light goes it all appeared normal) fixed all that spent a significant amount and when retested the bulb on the other side is upside down so they failed it again. Makes no sense, didn't spot that the first time around?... Anyway, nice lad at the desk but the failures didn't make any sense, just came off a different garage and it's all fine. Just wasting both our times really...

    Great service went in late towards the end of the day on a Sunday as I have a puncture on my tyre and had to get it done due to no spare tyre. Took it in as already had it off my car and I was able to be seen, drop it off and then collect it 30 minutes later completed. I did apologise for not booking but they were nice enough to sort me out as I wouldn’t have been able to get home otherwise. Would recommend to anyone

    Visited after being unable to remove a metal dustcap to adjust tyre pressure. Was told they would look at immediately which I was impressed with on a Saturday lunchtime. New tyre valve was required, new dust cap given for one of other tyres all done in about 10 minutes and free of charge! Restores your faith in humanity .... unexpected but massive thanks to the gentleman who helped much appreciated (sorry didnt get your name).

    I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the service I received from Pat. He was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. What really stood out was his consistency – he clearly takes pride in delivering high-quality service every time. Pat is incredibly knowledgeable, but what makes him exceptional is the way he shares that knowledge. He creates a safe, comfortable space where you feel empowered to make your own choices. That level of trust and support is rare, and for me, it made all the difference. I also noticed that he was actively training his apprentice during my visit, and it was great to see how patient and supportive he was with them too – a real sign of a strong professional. Honestly, this was the best customer service experience I’ve had at Kwik fit. It’s a definite five-star experience, and Pat is a big reason why we’ll continue using the World Branch going forward.     Absolutely outstanding service from Kwik Fit! I can’t praise Jason and the team enough. I brought my Ford Focus in with a serious issue with the drive shaft, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Jason was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted perfectly. He kept me fully informed throughout the process, explained everything in detail, and made me feel completely confident that my car was in safe hands. The repair was done quickly, to a high standard, and the car now drives better than ever. It’s rare to find such honest and dedicated mechanics these days — The team in Garage are a real credit to Kwik Fit. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone. Five stars just doesn’t seem enough! I will 1000% Be returning.

    Not very helpful with my car. Left my car with them for the day and had to come back a second time. They could diagnose what was wrong. Took my car to another service centre who could advise on the problem within an hour.

    Put my car in for mot on 17th January and it failed on a simple part. They said they could order and fit the same day which I thought was good. 3 weeks of waiting I got fed up and took elsewhere and they fitted the part the same day. This garage never phone to tell you what’s going on. Terrible customer service. Will never use again and will tell friends and family to avoid. Plenty of decent garages out there that won’t mess you about. They will never get my custom again.

    Car went in for MOT and service. They tried to make me pay for brakes and disc, which they said needed to be done (implying it was a requirement for MOT pass), when I questioned this and mentioned I'll do it myself and come back they eventually said they were an advisory and not a requirement. I think that they only changed what they were saying because I questioned it. What has confused me more is when I got the MOT certificate back brakes and disc were not on there as even an advisory... I think that they were trying to make me pay for them and hope I wouldn't notice, I can't trust them from this point so won't be going back.

    On returning from our holiday, we discovered our car had a puncture even though we had a spare we were unable to change to tyre. We got an air fill at the airport and managed to drive to Kwik fit and had a long wait for them to open. The staff were extremely busy but managed to accommodate us by changing the tyre and we were soon able to continue our journey back to Plymouth. Thank you to the staff for their assistance and good service.
