   I have shopped here on numerous occasions and never had a problem and I would have no hesitation in recommending the shop to anyone. I do have one gripe that I have to share and it's the fact that the shop doesn't sell any bangles for babies or indeed any jewellery whatsoever for babies and toddlers.I was shocked to learn this as it is a captive market.In the end I had to go to the other jewellery shop in Cameron Toll where they had a nice collection of bangles and other jewellery for babies and toddlers and I got what I was after. Why does Warren James NOT sell any of these items as the decision taken to NOT sell these items has only driven me to a competitor which I will probably use from now on. It's quite sad actually.

   Shop is lovely but the people working didn’t seem interested in helping. I was asking about a ring I saw on the website which wasn’t in stock (which is fine) but when I asked about other options eg ordering it in I was told “We don’t have anything to do with the website”. Will be going elsewhere as I would rather be able to speak to someone in person about sizing etc rather than go through the website and have to deal with returns if it doesn’t fit. Wouldn’t recommend this shop.
