Lovely, unique pieces and sales associates were helpful and very nice. Store displays were beautiful. I fell in love with my ring at first sight and have already gotten compliments from a number of people here in Edinburgh!
Purchased a ring here at the beginning of May 2024. Not even 4 months later the gem has fallen out. I messaged them about it because I take amazing care of all of my jewelry as I love it and they claimed they can only fix jewelry “30 days after”. It is astonishing to me that they will provide no customer service to me as it is 100% not my fault that the ring is broken. The gem literally fell out (see photos below). Please try going somewhere else first even though there things seem nice, they will break. (I thought the same thing before I came here) . Please please please consider elsewhere. Brutal quality. I’ve never had a rock fall out like this. The picture is actually shocking.
Went here with my friend to find a specific ring and the man working spent 15 minutes with her comparing the right size and what would work best for her! Took out all different kinds of sizes and took his time making sure she got what she needed. All of the jewelry was beautiful and good quality and unique! Would definitely recommend
In our honeymoon tour through Scottland we visited this store in Edinburgh. We loved the designs the athmosphere and the kind staff. We bought one of the beautifull redish cooper leaves which was promoted having a long lasting patina finish for ~35 Pounds (including the necklace). There were no aditional advices for use and maintenance given. After only one week of normal usage the leaf totally lost its patina and also got dull spots on the edges and spot for the chain (See pictures). As we had already moved on we could not go back to the store and reached out to them via contact email from their official website. Sadly we never got an answer to our request. What was meant to be a nice memory for our honeymoon turnend into a sad face and we would not buy again in this store after this experience.
