Had a great service today, Dasha was so helpful and pleasant. It made my Christmas shopping so much easier. Even my 7 year old daughter said when leaving the shop "She was so lovely Dad".
I was looking for a Christmas present for my 9 year old grandaughter. On entering the shop I was approached by a member of staff named Aisha. She was so nice and gave me lots of advice with a lovely smile. Thanks to Aisha I now have saved lots of time and managed to buy a lovely present.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by a lovely sales assistant by the name Teni. Her recommendation based on my vague descriptions were immaculate and she suggested just exactly what I was looking for. Genuinely such a lovely visit due to her attentiveness, patience and kindness. Well worth a visit.
Visited here to buy a birthday present and already knew exactly which charm I needed. The lady who served me was very helpful, found the item quickly and then sorted a gift box and Happy Birthday card to go in. She was also helpful with my Pandora points account - that I couldn't even remember signing up to but it turned out I had £2.50 to spend which paid for half of the gift box. The shopping centre was quiet overall, so Pandora was a nice experience, which is a change to my local one on a Saturday afternoon where it can feel quite chaotic.
Pandora is pandora but I went there to purchase exclusive charms for my kids. The lady serving me on my first visit was unpleasant to deal with as she eye rolled and huffed & puffed a couple of times because I was on video call with my girls asking them to chose which they want, I ended up buying 4 charms but if it they weren't for my kids I would of left them there due to her service. She didn't even want to give me separate boxes for the charms nor give me a bag. Upon going a 2nd time to purchase a set of earrings and I made sure that lady was not there. I got the most pleasant man who not only was super friendly but also offered to gift wrap them for me without me asking (which I kindly refused given that I was traveling back home), the 3 stars was due to him bringing up the rating as I could of given this place a 1 star

Holiday in Edinburgh. Wanted a charm for bracelet to represent my trip. We were served by Lauren on our first visit on 20/08/22. Very helpful and decided on compass charm, then my husband said he would treat me to new bracelet as current one full. Lauren explained the 3 for 2 offer, So ended up with bracelet safety chain and charm. Early Xmas present!! Visited again on 23/09/22 before we flew home. Served by a sweet young girl called Lucy who was on her second shift. She was delightful and very helpful. I decided I needed some spacer charms which I chose. But due to 3 for 2 offer I ended up getting teacup charm too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Was greeted by staff as I walked into the shop. I was then pushed aside to que even though I had already spoken with someone. I was then taken over by a staff member named Alexyia who showed me a bracelet I wanted to purchase. I then received the bracelet and agreed to just wear it as it was once I had payed for the bracelet and politely asked to change the size as it was too tight. She sighed and slammed her keyboard while rolling her eyes. I have never been so embarrassed and uncomfortable whilst being served. Very poor customer service and will not be back.
Lovely, helpful staff. The clasp on my beautiful cross necklace broke and couldn't be repaired so they kindly replaced the chain. Special mention for Beth who was super helpful and full of good advice. Great service all round!
Very helpful staff! We asked for some creative options to the typical castle and crown and weren’t disappointed. They quickly came up with a couple suggestions and bam, we found one that looked a bit like the Scottish flag without being too obvious.
