Absolutely amazing jewellers. We visited here after l viewed the website looking for a local touch away from the boring mainstream tat. We bought a stunning Celtic ring, we were lucky my wife’s size was in stock and she’s thrilled to bits. The service is second to none, super friendly and informative. If we return to Scotland we’ll be back in again. I always like to support local businesses so please give them a chance. You won’t be disappointed.
Really pretty jewellery! Bought a silver bracelet. Metal is very heavy, very durable, you can see and feel the quality difference compared to a standard 20buck silver bracelet. The colour payoff is amazing especially in the sunshine, very happy with what I got. The fact that it's made and designed in Scotland makes the bracelet even more special. Very helpfull ladies who made the experience impeccible! They took time for me, didnt make me feel unwanted and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Lovely service, I needed some butterfly backs after carelessly losing a couple from two pairs of my favourite earrings. They were super responsive via email and I was able to pop in and get some replacements (and a couple of extras!) on the same day, as well as picking up one of their jewellery cleaning cloths which I'd also recommend - did an incredible job on my Sheila Fleet jewellery (I didn't think my pieces were that dirty... the cloth proved otherwise and they look like new again!). They also have lovely artwork in the shop and some really beautiful new ranges. Would definitely recommend!
We placed an order online from the US. Communication was amazing. There was a problem with the fit of my husband's ring. The exchange was amazing. The celtic rings we ordered are gorgeous. Highly recommend!
So once again Sheila Fleet has come through for us! We've been buying Jewellery from them since 2017, in Orkney, and every year, every birthday and xmas, I get stuff from them for Christine...then came out wedding time! And again, Sheila Fleet came through with the most amazing set of wedding rings and accessories...we just can't say enough good things about this place! My husband bought me a stunning Sheila Fleet ring for a birthday gift. A problem with it meant that I needed to contact Sheila Fleet for assistance. The response was immediate. Staff could not have been more helpful. The problem was resolved immediately and simply. I can't praise the customer service enough. Not only is the jewellery breath-taking, but the company operates to an incredibly high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sheila Fleet to anyone.

Ordered the 'Sweetheart' pendant as a present for someone and had to contact Sheila Fleet to make some changes to the order - the person I spoke to was fantastic, service was efficient and friendly, and the necklace is beautiful. Also have another necklace I've been wearing regularly for several years that shows no signs of wear, their jewellery really is of great quality!
