Today I went to the store and was very well attended by the woman and the boy who did an excellent job. Thank you very much.
Had some problems with my necklace and went there to fix it, I had the best experience one’s can have, Alexis and Corran were espetacular.
Been buying Swarovski since 1996. Love the products but the service in this store is appalling. Few times been in to purchase but leave without, staff in a empty shop speaking loudly about there private life's. Don't bother to acknowledge you. Sometimes 3 staff on floor yet they provide no service! young mix minority terribly rude, disgrace to the company. Putting of loyal customers loosing out on sales as there too good to say a simple hello and ask if they can help you out. I've stopped visiting this store. Horrible team of people.

I had to return a faulty bracelet after the clasp broke. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, excellent service and so friendly. Highly recommended and I would certainly shop here again.
Great service today, they did not have the piece I wanted but arranged a transfer from another store so it would arrive in time for my wife's birthday.
Beautiful little store in the heart of Multrees walk. Great collection on Atilier fine jewellery collection. Sadly the staff are young and lack customer experience. They can be very loud and unprofessional. Although the jewellery is all plated and will tarnish over time. Fun but expensive.

Shop claimed on their website and Google to be open till 6PM, went there yesterday (Monday) to collect my online order. Got there 5.25PM and they were CLOSED, like seriously?! However! Staff is superfriendly and made up that bad impression!
