Ordered Vivienne Westwood earrings, received an empty box. I sent photos to customer service, but they refused to refund, claiming their CCTV shows the item was packed. Very disappointed — won’t shop here again.
We have not purchased our wedding bands yet as we have just started looking. However, Zuzanna’s service was so good I had to write a review! Nothing was too much for her and she found us rings that really suited us when we didn’t really know what we were searching for. We felt so relaxed and had so much fun looking at rings with her and sipping bubbles. Would definitely recommend!
Visited Edinburgh last month with my partner and popped by Beaverbrooks to look at some ring options for the future - When we walked by, Kath approached us and offered her help. I made it clear that I didn’t have the money to buy anything on the day and this didn’t phase Kath one bit - From that point onwards, she spent over 45 minutes discussing the different cuts, purities and sizes of diamonds with us in great detail without making either of us feel pressured at all to make a purchase. Stellar service, went shopping for a gift for my mother, Naimh recognised me from a previous visit and greeted me, even remembering what I was looking for. Spent some time chatting showing me other options. Weeks later, after I purchased it, she bumped into me and asked if my mother enjoyed the gift.

Best experience we could possible hope for when picking an engagement ring. Everyone was so welcoming from the moment we stepped in the door and Debbie made us feel so special. We were offered a delicious coffee and never felt rushed. Debbie took the time to chat to us about the different cuts of diamonds , ring bands etc. I had been worried when going in as we did not have a big budget but the team ensured we were treated the same as others who did. I have left with a beautiful ring and cannot wait to wear it forever!! Xxx
