   I was recommended Liam by a family member to go to for an engagement ring for my partner. This came at a difficult time, as she was undergoing treatment for breast cancer, but Liam and the rest of the staff provided a fantastic service to make this an easy and stress-free process for me. My partner knew exactly what she wanted (an opal on a platinum band) and Liam gave me very useful advice on this stone before providing me with a great range to choose from for the ring. As we were under slightly more pressure in terms of timescale, they managed to get this sorted within a very quick turnaround. It allowed me to propose on a stunning morning at Portobello beach as the sun came up and my partner was absolutely delighted. She has had countless compliments about the how beautiful the ring is since, so a massive thanks to Liam and the team.

   After I proposed to my girlfriend with a "stand in" ring, We both knew we wanted to go down the bespoke route for her official engagement ring. Liam Ross were amazing from start to finish. Caryn was very patient with us, and let my fiancé try on a multitude of different styles, and also made various different CAD images and a wax mode, until she was finally happy with the final design. The finished ring is more beautiful than we could have ever imagined, and we will always be grateful to Liam Ross for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.

I did not get a recommendation, I googled best jewlers in Edinburgh and chose this place purely on the reviews alone. Brad got on a design call with me, even though I was in Dublin, and worked to ensure this would not be a barrier. Everything from end to end was outstanding, the time frame, the design and helping every step of the way. Genuinely delighted, as is she, with the ring! Simply brilliant and went above and beyond.    Had the best experience shopping for wedding rings at Liam Ross! My (now husband) and I were greeted at the door by Brad who was expecting us for our appointment. We were guided into a room where we each were able to sit down and comfortably and sample all of the different types of wedding bands, metals, styles, etc etc. We took our time, tried on basically all of our options, and had great insight and intel by Brad to each ring we were considering. We decided on our rings later, placed the order, and they were sent to us in London seamlessly. They are absolutely perfect, and we could not be happier with our experience at Liam Ross and choice in our rings. Looking forward to our next purchase and experience at the shop!

   We have received fantastic service from Liam Ross over the past few years. We originally met with Liam’s team to design my engagement ring in July 2020- they were brilliant. I had no idea what I liked or wanted but we had plenty time to discuss the options. They always kept within our budget and never put pressure on us to buy. Fast forward to March 2021 and we decided to buy our wedding rings from Liam. He reassured and gave my partner loads of great advice as he had never wore any jewellery.    My partner and I visited Liam looking for a bespoke ring design for our engagement and I couldn't be happier with my ring. Liam and his team made us feel so comfortable and gave us really honest advice throughout the whole process. It's such a special thing to design your own ring and Liam listened to what we wanted and produced the most beautiful ring. Also, considering the price of high street rings I was shocked at the value, we paid less than we would have paid for a beautiful bespoke ring and the stones that Liam managed to get for us were a much higher quality than we would have been able to afford elsewhere. I highly recommend Liam and his team, a truly special experience!
