Severely disappointed with your Edinburgh branch. My fiancé and I had looked online and picked out our wedding rings and went in store with the intention of checking the sizes and ordering. Firstly we were met with "Can you afford this ring?" by the man with ginger hair and earrings, to which annoyed but we answered yes and sat down awaiting the ring to be brought out. we asked the server to check my fiancé ring size which he ignored and chatted about my ring instead. when I asked could I order I was told there was an 8 week lead time which was fine but I would not be able to receive the online offer at the time of £100 off and would incur an additional postal charge and sizing charge even though I already knew my size at this we left and proceeded to call the Glasgow branch, for the same ring we received the £100 off saving, no postage or sizing charge and will be receiving it next week. Glagsow Branch will be receiving our business and cannot fault but edinburgh you need to do better and not look down on potential customers.
Seriously impressive customer service. My 12 year old son bought his first 'proper' watch today and I imagine he will be back in years to come to buy from Fraser Hart again and again. My thanks to the staff for looking after him.
Served by Brody as I bought a relatively inexpensive item in store. Was treated really well and with great humour as my daughter and I bought a nice wee locket for my wife's 50th. Way better that the service we received in Pandora where the friendly customer service dropped like a lead balloon the second it was realised we would only by the one item we went in there for!
Visited this branch in 2021 to pick out my engagement ring, and again in 2023 to pick our wedding bands. The service has been excellent on both occasions. Big thank you to Amy for helping us pick the right bands for us, very friendly and informative! I don't remember the name of the person helping us with my engagement ring, but he was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend.
Had a really positive experience when purchasing my wife's engagement ring and then our wedding rings a few years ago. On two occasions, one of the sapphires has actually come loose and fallen out of her engagement ring when luckily we've been able find the stones. The first time they fixed it no problem but it was sad that this time round they've been quite unhelpful. My wife's wedding ring has also lost all of it's plating to the point where the shop assistant assumed it was yellow gold... despite it being replated once already. When my wife questioned the quality of the ring, the shop assistant just shrugged and said "yeah...". Really odd customer service and I'd be wary of the quality of the rings from FH - they certainly were not cheap and it's disappointing that the after-sale service is so poor.
I purchased my Tudor BB GMT from Fraser Hart, the sales service was excellent and Brodie was a brilliant salesman. Very easy to talk with and extremely accommodating when asking to see different models of the Tudor line up. Highly recommend!
I purchased my Tudor BB GMT from Fraser Hart a few weeks ago. Emma provided such a warm welcome and buying experience. Thank you for a smooth purchase albeit a bit hasty due to me needing to catch a train. I will definitely stop into Fraser Hart when I am next back in Edinburgh.
We stopped in to have a look at some wedding rings and couldn't believe the quality, selection, and price. Their customer service on top of all this sealed the deal for us. David was amazing to deal with and really takes the time to understand his customers needs/wants, not pushy in any way. Since buying our wedding rings we have been back to buy a watch and will be returning to buy my wife's wedding jewellery soon. It's hard to find a jeweller that is not pushy and all about customer service but I can honestly say Fraser Hart and David are all about the customer over the sale. I will go back time and time again for my/our jewellery needs.
