   I think these guys are great. I had work done overseas and I’ve had a lot of problems. I’ve pestered this dental practice everyday for like 8 months. They’ve been brilliant with me. And there root canal specialist “George” is also fantastic. One more course of treatment and I think I can start to finally move on with my life. I can’t rate these guys highly enough. Very patient and very polite. Thank you so much for helping me.

   Service has declined rapidly over last couple of years as other reviews have also shared. Moving appointments with little notice, explanation or clearly telling you the appointment has moved. Appointments for my sons cancelled with no explanation and not rebooked (dentist had left). Recently can only get the answerphone, calls used to be answered.

   Absolutely no communication from this place. The NHS dentist went private without informing any of his patients—just cancelled all appointments and disappeared. No courtesy, no updates, nothing. If you value your time and health, look elsewhere. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Then had a cheek if you wanna book with him privately, rather not give the joke of a man my money

   I have been with this dental practice for about three years. My usual dentist, Javirria Suffi, has always been excellent and I never had any problems with her. However, due to my work schedule I had to see another dentist, Samuel Nong, and the experience was very disappointing. I was charged £54 for a check-up. He told me my old fillings were dark and unhealthy and advised removing and re-doing all of them, quoting me over £600. No X-ray was taken, and no actual treatment was done that day. I found this shocking, so I went to a private dentist for a second opinion. After proper X-rays, I was told my teeth are completely fine and that replacing good fillings could actually cause more harm, such as sensitivity or pain. This left me feeling that the advice I received was unprofessional and not in my best interest. Sadly, after this experience I no longer feel confident continuing with this practice.

   Extremely poor service and no respect or regard for their patients. My mother has just turned up for her appointment to be told the dentist isn't there today now assuming because of snow so appointment cancelled. There was no phone call to inform her of this beforehand. Given we pay for private denplan care you should receive better than this. I have also had this happen to myself several times which given I have young children and live an hour away to turn up and be told my appointment is cancelled or to be phoned whilst I'm on my way is a disgusting way to treat patients. The receptionists also never answer the phones and seem to be too busy gossiping when you are there to deal with you quickly or answer the phones to deal with people trying to get through. I have never known such a disrespectful and thoughtless practice for the way patients are dealt with

   My experience overall was amazing at this dentist, everyone was so accommodating and friendly. My dentist Monica was so caring and lovely. The receptionists were lovely too, especially Sherrie who managed to get me apportionments that suited me, gave me a warm welcome and goodbye and gave amazing customer service.

   I’ve been coming here for nearly 23 years now and I can safely say it’s a lovely dental practice. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. And the dentists look after you well. It is a very busy practice, but that just goes to show how popular it is.

   I’ve been a patient here since I was a child and have always had amazing care from my dentist Dr Andrew and others I’ve seen when urgent. I feel I’m in safe hands but also included in decision-making. My dentist has been brilliant at fitting me in for urgent appointments during my pregnancy, and making a plan for ongoing care. My only issue is actually reaching the practice to book appointments, they’re so busy I often find it hard to get through by phone and/or their voicemail inbox is full. Once speaking to someone, they’re usually very helpful and empathetic.

   Have been using this dentist for around 15 years now. Generally happy with the service, staff are friendly and accommodating. However lower star rating is due to the small waiting area and the very lengthy waits when I visit as my dentist is generally running at least 20-30 minutes late.
