   terrible experience, wouldn't buy anyhting from this shop again. Got a bracelet that costed more than £200 and it only lasted for a few occasions. a part of it broke so l went back to the shop where I was charged £15 to send it away to their main office!! after a few days got a call that they wouldnt repair it and no part exchange either. a total rip off. never again and I wouldn't recommend.

   My wife put my wedding ring in to be refurbished as our tenth wedding anniversary is coming up, they sent the ring away and it was destroyed, rather than trying to get it fixed they tried to buy me off i emailed Blackburn the CEO and she could not even be bothered to acknowledge my email, now Iam left without my wedding ring.

   Had a terrible experience in this store. Bought a £75 leather bracelet , colouring came off it in 1 day of office wear . No fix or interest from the staff . Totally different attitude from the tone in selling the product . SO UNPROFESSIONAL AVOID.

   McDonald's great for a quick snack while out shopping in the centre of Livingston. Self ordered quick and efficient, not problem getting a nice clean table,as the cleaner was very busy and friendly while cleaning tables and brushing the floor.
