Kim and Louise was extremely helpful and took extra time to make my daughter experience exciting and easy for her to find her first ever ring in her size we were offered the warranty but found it very pricey and so turned it down will be happy to return here again

I kept popping into the shop whilst deliberating which wedding ring to choose and Claire was always on shift when I went in (learnt her name as I was in so often!). She was very helpful and she was understanding when I said I was waiting to see if the Black Friday sales would save me money. Visited this shop to buy a watch last month. The lady who looked after me was Louise. She was very welcoming, friendly and bubbly. She had fantastic product knowledge on the Citizin Watch I was purchasing She took the time to show me a few examples within my price range. On finally deciding which one I was going to take she got me a very good price. The shop was clean and tidy and all the staff were very professional and friendly. I’ll definitely be back. Claire was extremely kind and helpful as soon as I asked for help and advice in Livingston store. I needed a special gift for my best friend’s 50th birthday. Bought something offline for collection I store. Was fast and easy. Upon collection the woman was lovely and chatty and took the time to take my item out the box to make sure it was correct etc.
2 ladies were very helpful and patient with me, all was good with a 20% discount too
Took some jewellery in to be repaired had to send it away the finished item was returned and repaired to a very high standard. Will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends
I initially went in to buy a pen .. but seen a fob watch .. it was priced £32.99 .. but when I paid for it ..it had been reduced to 16.99.. so a wee a bonus it was for a 21st birthday present and as she is a student it was just perfect .. I love this shop ..staff are very nice and freindly ...
