   Staff Member was horrible to my mum on her birthday! My mum had been wanting to get a necklace from here for a few weeks for her birthday, but as you get a 20% off voucher for your birthday, she told me to hold off buying until the day of, when we both went in together. We walked in, and my mum showed the sales assistant the picture from the website on her phone. She was abruptly told that it was a Pandora necklace and we were in the wrong shop. We asked if there were any similar and were told no, and therefore we went around the corner to Pandora. Pandora then told us very kindly that we had been in the right shop in Swarovski, and therefore we went back. When we went back in, we spoke to another sales assistant and explained what had happened. The original lady shouted at my mum from across the shop while serving another customer, that she had already told us we were in the wrong shop. It was extremely loud and embarrassing, with even the sales assistant we were talking to pulling a face at the lady. Promptly, the manager came out and served my mum, who was upset by the situation, as she had been correct, the necklace she wanted was available, but she ended up with a similar one, even though the first sales assistant told us they don't do anything similar. I bought my mum the necklace as she had been looking forward to it for weeks, but I will not be returning to this store again.

   The lady in shop remembers me as I do go in a lot. I bought a Christmas star but when she heard of the loss of my son and brother she presented me with a gift. I was so touched by this kind gesture. Thank you. There are some wonderful people in this world.

   Went in to buy a last minute gift, terrible lack of customer service, TWICE I walked around the store looking at the jewellery, both assistant’s continued on with their own conversation while the younger of the two was cutting pieces of paper. No smile, no acknowledgment not even an eye contact! I won’t be back at this store, complete contrast to the staff at Braehead!
