ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE NEVER GO! For starters, I was going to this lovely store with my mother in law to get some necklaces. And the sign said "3 for Β£12" so I pick 3 necklaces and go to the till and the lady said "sorry we only accept card" which I was pretty annoyed about because I only got cash. But no problem I went on to apple Pay and paid. Do problem right? WRONG! when I go to check how much I spent I see that I spent Β£21 ON THIS STORE WHEN THE SIGN CLEARLY SAID "3 FOR Β£12" HONESTLY WHAT KIND OF STORE ARE YOU. the staff was nice BUT THE STORE ISN'T

I recently purchased few earrings from Lovisa at Livingston. I was told at the till that I cannot return any earrings for hygiene reasons. So I asked them to return the earrings at the till itself however the sales person said that I am not allowed to. I don't get it. I bought at the till and wanted to return it immediately after the billing was completed , which was only few seconds of purchase. Yet the lady wouldn't take the earrings for return..I was very disappointed. Poor customer service.

Got my ears pierced at lovisa today by a lovely girl Sammy, The lady who brought me into the shop (whose name I canβt remember, sorry) was so lovely too, everyone made me feel very at ease. Sammy was also very informative and able to answer any questions I had! Will definitely be back for piercings and jewellery in the future! Thanks girls

Poor quality products. Asked to return earrings that were faulty and Iβd only just bought (asked for refund 5 minutes after leaving the store) but was told no. Iβd understand if the product was working and had been used but they didnβt close together. Staff were not understanding and were unpleasant. I managed to get in contact with the company support team where I explained the issue and sent video proof. They agreed with me that the earrings were not of acceptable standard and offered me compensation. This could have been sorted quicker if the staff members had listened and not been defensive. Wonβt be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a product at Livingston Lovisa and decided afterwards I wanted a refund as earrings were faulty and couldnβt even be used. Myself and my boyfriend were very kind asking for a refund but were refused. The younger alternative-looking woman and older regional manager were passive aggressive and gave us a lot of attitude, and the alternative girl proceeded to nastily gossip in front of us whilst talking to the manager. The fact that both of them couldnβt even get the earrings to work was very ironic. I left the store and cried because of how I was spoken to (and about). My boyfriend who rarely gets annoyed was livid at the service. Also, the piercings here are very unprofessional and unhygienic but I figured everyone already knew this. Avoid this place at all costs. Horrible staff who donβt deserve any customers.

Came into your store today looking at the Lovley jewellery and was just minutes away from buying a ring . Until my sister who I was with received a very horrible look from one of the staff members , she over heard them saying something like βdid you get that from her aswell β when my sister gave them a smile before she received the dirty look back , she is currently on crutches after a major knee operation and this was one of her first times out and about and that has now completely knocked her confidence. Very unhappy about this and wonβt be back.

I have always been happy with jewels but not after the last experience, I bought some earrings for a Christmas gift but then I went into self isolation and I could not give them, I have allergies so I cannot use them, I have thought "they are still sealed with protection so they change them" but no for reasons of hygiene but at the same time there are open things without boxes put there to sell them and that for them is a hygienic thing and it makes no sense because everyone can touch them but mine didn't change them when they were still sealed
