   I think these guys are great. I had work done overseas and I’ve had a lot of problems. I’ve pestered this dental practice everyday for like 8 months. They’ve been brilliant with me. And there root canal specialist “George” is also fantastic. One more course of treatment and I think I can start to finally move on with my life. I can’t rate these guys highly enough. Very patient and very polite. Thank you so much for helping me.

   Service has declined rapidly over last couple of years as other reviews have also shared. Moving appointments with little notice, explanation or clearly telling you the appointment has moved. Appointments for my sons cancelled with no explanation and not rebooked (dentist had left). Recently can only get the answerphone, calls used to be answered.

   Absolutely no communication from this place. The NHS dentist went private without informing any of his patients—just cancelled all appointments and disappeared. No courtesy, no updates, nothing. If you value your time and health, look elsewhere. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Then had a cheek if you wanna book with him privately, rather not give the joke of a man my money

   I have been with this dental practice for about three years. My usual dentist, Javirria Suffi, has always been excellent and I never had any problems with her. However, due to my work schedule I had to see another dentist, Samuel Nong, and the experience was very disappointing. I was charged £54 for a check-up. He told me my old fillings were dark and unhealthy and advised removing and re-doing all of them, quoting me over £600. No X-ray was taken, and no actual treatment was done that day. I found this shocking, so I went to a private dentist for a second opinion. After proper X-rays, I was told my teeth are completely fine and that replacing good fillings could actually cause more harm, such as sensitivity or pain. This left me feeling that the advice I received was unprofessional and not in my best interest. Sadly, after this experience I no longer feel confident continuing with this practice.

   Dentists are friendly. The waiting room could be nicer. It would be good if a speaker told what patient to go to what room, as people coming to the room say it quietly
