The lamb chop was amazing! Staff were all friendly but sadly the t-bone I had did not come close to how good the lamb chop was. Maybe the starter was way too great and should have a mains option for it. Would surely return and come back for it but order more of lamb chop!
Amazing dining experience at Steak Lounge & Grill! We had a fantastic visit — the steaks were cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavour. The quality of the meat really stood out, and the sauces and sides complemented everything perfectly. I was dining with my children and was really impressed with how kid-friendly the restaurant was. The staff were patient, welcoming and made us all feel comfortable, which made the experience even better. Great atmosphere, excellent service and top-quality food. Perfect for families as well as special occasions. We’ll definitely be back!
I was here a couple of weeks ago based on my friend’s recommendation however, it wasn’t as expected. Nonetheless, I decided to go back with my friends and try it again and they really took care of us. Shan was amazing with his service and chat, he took great care of us and couldn’t recommend it more. The food was amazing!! Lamb steak I ordered was cooked medium to perfection. We had a few other dishes and the meat was tender and juicy. Potatoes were crispy and sauce was on point. Thank you again to Shan for taking care of us. Hopefully see you soon!!
Absolutely fantastic food, we both ordered Rump Steaks that were perfectly cooked. The service was very friendly, welcoming and also quick considering they were quiet busy. The only negative was they'd ran out of desserts but it didn't dampen our experience. Absolutely will be back next time we visit Glasgow.
Came here for a late lunch on a Sunday. Pretty quiet time, which I like(suppose they just opened). Deco is billionaire kitsch with a splash of cozy. I don't mind it. I've seen worse For the meal I had marrow and a lamb steak(first time). Marrow was great, the garlic and chili nicely complimenting the fatty dish, equal parts indulgent, regret and a wish for coronary blockage. I'm not convinced with the lamb steak though. Ordered mine medium but it definitely came medium well. It's one of those thin cut steaks, hard to get a proper sear outside without drying up the inside too. I'm no grill master but if you can't do it right best not to offer it. Paid £35 for the two dishes which I suppose is fair(not from around here). Not a great steak experience but I am willing to try again ordering an easier cut.
Definitely best steaks in town, for sure. So tasty. Butterfly chicken was fantastic as well, it's grill but so juicy, more good than I expected. Guy named Shan served us, very friendly and professional, his suggestions were excellent.
Steak Lounge and grill Starter Ordered BBQ chicken wings which was perfectly cooked. Main Rump 8oz steak was cooked correctly but feel it was a bit too salty Atmosphere/staff Was not busy and the staff looked to be just lurking around and service was slow.. Because was not busy there wasn't much atmosphere. Menu The menu is very small and doesn't have much chicken dishes or not any vegan dishes. Price Steak places are normally expensive so the pricing is fair Overall I would say 7/10 There is better steak places in Glasgow one them is Buffalo Grill better priced better portions better service
Reasons for critic:menu says "high end dining" so judged accordingly After a lot of review checks, decided to give this place a try. The lady at reception asked us if we had booking, told her no and after some time sat us at the very end of a empty hall next to a wall with shoe prints and a cute spider that we befriended(pic to follow) as the server in black suit wasn't gonna be any nicer to us.. We thought the steak was gonna be too much so decided to share a started which was dynamite prawns. Came in a cocktail glass and tasted amazing but we were asked are we okay to eat in it or do we want plates as well..what would you answer to that ? Steak was really good but they got the sauce wrong and had to re-request for the right one. Drinks were average to bad, don't order mocktails pls. Can't remember if I ever had bill slammed on the table like this before ! Oh and had to request the American Street music to be turned down coz it felt like I was in a teenagers car! In conclusion: dear team, if we ever did anything to offend you, we're very sorry. Please treat your customers more nicely. We pay for the good experience not for Karen's diner experience .. also sort the spider issues.. also serve fresh salad with food(pic attached) also don't push customer chairs, also get the order right .. and then call it a "High end" place.. also paper napkins.. seriously ??
Best Halal Steak in Glasgow. The food was amazing, the T-Bone Steak was tender and flavoursome, with the peppercorn sauce adding a layer of taste. The chips were great as well. The restaurant itself was well kept and clean. The service was great and the staff were well mannered and smiled alot. Overall deserving of a 5 star review, I will definitely be coming back.
