    Absolutely disgusting customer service. Bought a £259 ring on the the Thursday didn't fit so went to exchange it for the bigger size the following Tuesday and they refused to exchange, stating it was scratched. My partner hadn't wore the ring so any scratches were on it when we bought it from the shop! Staff were extremely rude and very unhelpful.
