The staff went above and beyond. Ross was our server and Zoe kindly dressed up as Santa for all of the kids. The kids received a present and had another staff member making balloon shapes for the kids.. the service was amazing as were the staff. Made us feel so comfortable

Not a good experience. We've been to TGIF elsewhere and stopped here the other day. Took a while to get seated and get order. When ordering glass of malbec and zero Heineken, told they had none (this was a Saturday night in Glasgow)...then ordered mixed grill with rare steak and partner ordered rump... Waitress went away and came back to say they had no rump either. We were just going to leave but stayed. Waitress offered sirloin no extra cost..fair enough. My partner ordered medium/rare. When it came...she had the rare steak and mine was medium when I ordered rare. The steak was really dry...like it was cooked and left sitting for too long....chicken lovely and ribs good. Salad poor. Then took a while to settle up as everyone was stressing in the corner...maybe understaffed for the night which was a shame even tho it wasn't that busy.

I recently checked out TGI's with the family, it was a pretty good time. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff were super friendly, especially our server Vicky ;). Their appetizers were definitely a highlight, and the main courses were satisfying. It's a solid spot for a casual meal with friends. I'd say it's worth a visit if you're looking for some familiar comfort food.

Great reception when we came into restaurant, me and my partner had several sides and one main to share food was great and our server Vicki was phenomenal, really attentive and friendly. Picked our drinks for us as I couldn't decide and she was spot on with everything.

I've been several times and visited again tonight. We managed to get seated easily without the need for a wait, even though it was Saturday night. Our server (Alanna) came and took our order quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. We both had the Jack daniels glazed burgers, I love the Jack Daniels sauce that comes with this. The drinks were topped up without needing to ask for it. All in all a great experience, the staff all seem cheery which makes a big difference. The only thing that I would possibly change is the lighting, it was quite bright, would be a bit more atmospheric with more subdued lighting, but that's just being picky.

I booked a table for 8 on the 18th February to celebrate my partners birthday we arrived at 430 and waited while they got our table ready, when we were seated we had to wait about 15mins for drinks order to be taken then another 10 mins for food order, we waited over an hour for our food which with 3 hungry children is not ideal, we ordered a share portion of nachos to come with our mains but with sauces on the side, our food eventually came and it was cold wouldn't even say luke warm but after waiting over an hour we didn't want to wait any longer when the nachos came I questioned if they were the sharing portion I was told yes I questioned the lack of cheese etc on them and got a annoyed face and then he came back with a thing of grated cheese and cheese sauce. For 13.50 not really what I would expect. We ordered another drink for one of the kids but it never turned up but we were charged for it, the whole thing was just a nightmare. It was that awful I choose nit to have dessert which is always my favourite part. I asked for the bill. Had to wait another 20 mins for this. If I had not booked online and already put my card details in I seriously would of considered refusing it. I have had better food and service in weathersppoons for a fraction of the price I thought I would book tgifs as a special treat for partner and family but I would say its definitely over priced and hype over nothing. Birthday meal ruined

My fiance and myself visited the braehead TGI's today and had a pleasant experience. We where welcomed in by Katie H who introduced herself and took our order. Our food was served in good time as it was not busy around noon. Our bill for the lunchtime menu plus 1 alcoholic and 1 non alcoholic drink was Β£44 which is quite reasonable for a two course. The only thing i miss about TGI's is the large serving of sesame seed chicken they used to serve as part of the two course deal. The size of the new servings are smaller but just as tasty. We shall return.

Have been twice and the food has been generally good. Second time we had asked for no coriander but unfortunately there was some in the cobb salad. Price is just above where it should be but overall happy with the service and servings.

We visited this restaurant on August 11th this year, all social distancing and track and trace in place. The food was very good, and presented well, was a very good choice of food. The restaurant seemed very clean and tidy. Would recommend and would visit again
