After losing my original wedding ring, I was worried nothing could truly replace it. Genna crafted a beautiful new ring that feels just right. She really listened to what I wanted, and the end result is both comfortable to wear and very well made. Genna was so helpful in advising what she could do to create the earrings that I wanted. The earrings turned out be exactly as I had hoped. Wearing them everyday. My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely morning with Genna at her jewellery class in her beautiful garden studio. Genna spent some time talking through and demonstrating different processes and techniques and we were able to look at some of her work for inspiration. Genna has a wide range of equipment and tools to create lots of different effects. We spent a good few hours engrossed in our work and were both delighted with our jewellery pieces at the end of it. Genna let us do as much as we could ourselves, only stepping in a couple of times to lend her expertise. On completion of the band for my bracelet, Genna helped create a little fixing to hold the heart-shaped bead to finish it off in style! It was a precious time making memories with my daughter and creating unique pieces of jewellery that we can wear to remember our special morning at Genna’s studio.
Genna designed and made three lovely pairs of earrings. I gave her an indication of what i was looking for and she added her own personal style. All were beautiful and and have been greatly admired by others. The process was so easy and Genna was great to work with.
Had an engagement ring made here to my own design. Demanded an extra £1000 after she had started making ring and refused to refund my deposit. Had no choice but to go ahead. Was lied to about where ring was made. Had to get a professional jeweller to sort shoddy workmanship. Absolutely ridiculous service. Has the cheek to use it as her main picture on website.
Spoke to Genna about getting a custom ring made for a birthday, and she was excellent throughout the entire process. It was incredibly easy to have a custom gift made, and If I need more items made in the future, I will definitely go to her first.
We had lovely day with henna making our wedding rings! What an amzing experiance to add to our wedding!
Genna has lots of lovely jewellery to buy. The best things are bespoke though. She made me a few unique items using much loved heirlooms and updating them.
