   Scheduled double appointment for a new crown went very smoothly. Initial appointment to prepare the tooth and use the sophisticated equipment so that the crown could be made. An hour later the crown had been made and I was back in the chair to have it fitted. In no time at all the crown was in place and I was on my way home. Excellent treatment from a professional and experienced team.

   I highly recommend Backwell Dental Care and even though I live an hour away I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The staff make me feel welcome and comfortable are friendly and efficient and I never have to wait long to be seen. Chris Charles is always incredibly professional and gentle and takes the time to explain every step of my treatment. I really appreciated how thorough he is and how much he cares about my comfort. The practice is spotless, modern and equipped with the latest technology. If you’re looking for a dentist who’s knowledgeable, compassionate and truly cares about their patients, I can’t recommend Backwell Dental Care enough.

   My husband and I have only changed dentists about 6 months ago as we were not completely happy with our local dentist in Wedmore. Although now it takes us 45 minutes to get to Backwell it is so well worth it!! We are greeted by Belinda or Tracy and they are always so lovely, friendly and welcoming. Chris is a very thorough and professional dentist who understands and cares about his clients who are particularly nervous. He explains everything clearly and patiently and is very reassuring. Everyone here is so friendly, professional and caring and that means a lot. We highly recommend. Thank you to Everyone at Backwell dental surgery. :-) x

   My husband and I have been going to Backwell Dental Care for a number of years. Belinda and the reception team are exceptionally welcoming from the moment you arrive and Chris our dentist is professional, informative and always provides options regarding any treatment we may need. As well as routine dental check-ups, we also had composites to improve the colour of our teeth, which we were delighted with. 3 monthly sessions with the Hygienist keeps our dental health the best it can be. We have other dentists more local to us, but we would not think of changing as we know we would not receive the same quality service anywhere else.
