Today, my 5-year-old daughter went to Warrington Branch to have her ears pierced. The staff were amazing from the moment she walked in the door until the time we left. The staff were extremely helpful in choosing the right studs for my daughter. They also made the whole experience easy and enjoyable by being friendly and encouraging with my daughter. I cannot praise them all enough.
This has been a childhood favourite ever since I was a small one, and I still love getting the odd thing. Obviously it's not the kind of place you go if you want your jewellery to last, but they still have a lovely selection. The staff are usually very lovely and helpful. Just wish it wasn't so expensive
Went to the warrington branch today for my 5 year old daughter to have her ears pierced and from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left the staff were absolutely fantastic. From being very helpful about the choices of studs to the process for a clueless father to their kind, friendly and encouraging interactions with my daughter making the entire experience painless and wonderful. I can't praise everyone highly enough.
