Food was nice and hot. Friendly staff although (and not a negative as the staff were great) they need more staff. They were working 100mph but there was a long q. Not the staffs fault, Burger King you need more staff at this location
Very kind staff food was warm and tasty and the place was spotless would definitely go here again.
Yesterday I went to galleries and was hungry so went to Burger King, I tried their vegan Royal for the first time. It’s one of the best vegan burger I ever had. Hats off to you guys. The service was also very good the staff were really helpful. Keep it up
This is definitely one of the best Burger Kings I've been to - the service was very quick, the kiosks were easy to use and the food was great! Also, the dining area had a lovely atmosphere as it was clean, spacious, fairly quiet and had a skylight casting some warm sunlight onto my table. The only problem I found was the drink machines, as they didn't have any Coke available apart from the original version, even though the kiosks let me order a Coke Zero. That didn't ruin my overall experience though and I would gladly eat there again!
The manager Ross was brilliant,made me feel so comfortable and there was no rushing the order, I’ve been to other fast food outlets and everything feels like such a rush so they can get to the next person, this Burger King made the experience different, it made it feel personal as if it was “all about me” for once and that’s something that’s non-existent now.
The least satisfactory experience among all Burger King restaurants in Glasgow. There are no self order machines, the sprite I ordered was sparkling water, it wasn't sprite, the drink machines were not working well. The food was hot, and the chips were crispy, That's the only good thing. The staff are friendly. I recommend the other Burger King branches.
Horrible. Made a mistake on the initial order (it happens, I'm not too upset about that), but then they took a long time to correct their error, and made a mistake on the replacement order. No attention to detail whatsoever. And my fast food meal ended up being incredibly slow.
Went here for the first time, incredibly never knew there was a BK in Buchanan Galleries despite having been here several times before. Ordered a vegan meal, was impressed by the speed it was made, told by staff that vegan orders are cooked fresh so expected a wait but was done quickly and just the way I had asked for it.
Superb food. The dining area was being constantly cleaned so was Superb. Staff friendly and Can see they clearly all get on, even with the managers. Give a good vibe.
