   Place is a dump. Barely any seats so you cant sit down, the only sections that do have seats they have made make shift chair barriers so you cant access the area. Guessing staff cant be arsed cleaning an already tiny area.

   Placed order then proceeded to go get sugar from the manager Allan whilst waiting in my order. Order arrived both burgers were cold! Took them bk up yo ask for them to be heated up and the manager Allan point blank accused of picking my order up ages before I brought the burgers bk up, which clearly I had not. He was rude to me, embarrassed me in front of other guests and his young team ( that were all great) My career is hospitality management and I would NEVER accuse a customer of lying when all they wanted was hot food. I asked the young girl that had just given me the order to explain that to him but he couldn't have cared less. Only after me explaining I did not want to argue, I simply wanted my food hot He actually walked away at first refusing to give me warm burgers. Im not sure if maybe the microwave was not working properly but its his job to make sure the product is 100% correct and definitely NOT to blame it on his customer. Clearly not happy in his position. Oddly enough when I had gone up to get the sugar before my order was ready he was shouting at another customer and then threatened to call the police on her. Definitely think some training revision is necessary for this guy or a simple demotion. He is showing his young team the wrong way to work in hospitality!!

   Burger King never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. Their signature Whopper is perfectly grilled, juicy, and loaded with toppings that actually taste real — not processed. The fries are crispy and golden, and the new menu items they roll out from time to time keep things exciting. The service is usually quick and friendly, and the restaurants are clean and comfortable, whether you’re dining in or grabbing something to go. Plus, the value for the quality you get is excellent — especially compared to other fast food places.

   Ordered at the boards for takeaway, so didn't realise that our food wasn't cooked properly until we were back at the hotel. Waste of money and food as we couldn't eat any of the chicken - pink on the inside!

   Had a Whopper meal. Very disappointing - burger was barely luke warm, tasteless and very dry, nothing like the sizzling succulent juicy ones I remember from years gone by. The bun was also very dry, tasteless and falling apart. Frankly, I'd rather eat cardboard. Overall not a pleasant experience at all. I'm afraid I won't be back.

   Great service in this fast food establishment. There always appears to be managers working with the staff. Very clean and all are very helpful. Just a problem that some of the other customers appear to have escaped from a HMP as they are rather nasty.

   Went there today first time in years and it was very disappointing...my partner order chips cheese and bacon,chips were cold got new replacement got half way through eating them when we found hair on the chips .won't be going back
