My husband and I have been patients at Lime Street Dental Practice for the last 5 years, since arriving in Portishead from Wales, and during this time we have received nothing but kindness and care. I have recently had a root canal done by Lacie who was kind, gentle and reassuring, and together with her nurse I felt completely calm and stress free throughout. I trust Lacie completely in all aspects of my dental care. The reception team are always friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend this practice.
I moved to Lime Tree Dental on a recommendation, having had some bad experiences with an NHS dentist previously. I also had a small lump by my Ear that Lacie checked and promptly referred me to the Bristol Dental Hospital. I was super nervous and have mental health issues but they were amazing with me and I instantly felt safe with the team. I have had to re-schedule appointments due to hospital visits and the team have been brilliant - always with a 'can-do' attitude. The practice has such a friendly atmosphere but is very professional and today I had my fist hands on visit (a clean and polish) which went quickly and painlessly despite not having had one for a very long time. It's hard to put in words the difference this makes as a patient but I'm just so grateful. Thank you Stacie and the team!
Having been a patient of the Lime Tree practice since it opened speaks for itself. I am quite a nervous patient but Nick always puts me at ease and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone. In over 20 years I have always been treated with respect and kindness and could not now imagine going anywhere else. The best dentist I have ever had; Nick has sorted out a lifetime of poor dental health, with a mixture of advice and good dental work. I no longer need work every time I visit a dentist after many years of having fillings every 6 months. I now go through check-ups each time with a clean bill of health. A model of preventative health care!
Nick and the team are excellent. Having moved from Portishead to Warwickshire, at first we thought we’d find a practice closer to our new home, but after visiting a few and having a bad experience at one we decided to stay with Nick and the team at Lime Tree, and are more than happy to make the journey to see him, a trip we have been doing as a family for 11 years now, 17 in total.
I have been going to Lime Tree for years, I no longer live in Portishead but still travel to see Nick. I have always had amazing treatment and have just had my very first crown fitted. The interaction for me in this experience was fantastic and was shown everything and was told what was happening at every step of the way- I was fascinated and so pleased. Highly recommended. I recently had my teeth straighten after years of being dissatisfied with my smile, and after just 8 months I could not be happier with the result!
