“I moved to Lime Tree Dental on a recommendation, having had some bad experiences with an NHS dentist previously. I also had a small lump by my Ear that Lacie checked and promptly referred me to the Bristol Dental Hospital. I was super nervous and have mental health issues but they were amazing with me and I instantly felt safe with the team. I have had to re-schedule appointments due to hospital visits and the team have been brilliant - always with a 'can-do' attitude. The practice has such a friendly atmosphere but is very professional and today I had my fist hands on visit (a clean and polish) which went quickly and painlessly despite not having had one for a very long time. It's hard to put in words the difference this makes as a patient but I'm just so grateful. Thank you Stacie and the team!”

He has a reassuring manner, keeps you informed of each procedure and it's purpose, is very thorough and gives the treatment required (doesn't give and charge for unnecessary treatment). “I had dentures made at Evolve Dentistry in Portishead by Mike and his assistant Jess, and I honestly cannot thank them enough. Mike is truly special. He’s refreshingly honest and straight-talking – no sugar-coating, no false promises – just clear and direct about what he was going to do and what to expect. I found that honesty so reassuring. And then there’s Jess, who is warm, calming and so supportive throughout. Together they make the perfect team: Mike’s skill and precision, with Jess’s kindness and care. They really are phenomenal at what they do. The change has been incredible. I underestimated just how good the result would be. My new smile has given me a whole new sense of confidence. I’m 58, and I was so worried dentures would look obvious or make me look older – but it’s been the complete opposite. People kept saying I looked brighter, like I’d been on holiday, without realising it was my smile. They couldn’t tell at all that I had dentures, which is amazing. I deliberately waited before writing this review, to be sure it wasn’t just the excitement of something new. But even after time has passed, I’m still blown away. Yes, some foods feel a bit different (crisps, for example), but you adapt quickly, and the positives far outweigh any small changes. The whole process was painless – I never once needed a painkiller. My gums have healed beautifully, and in time I may need a small adjustment, but that’s all part of the journey. Most importantly, this has changed how I feel about myself. With my first grandchild on the way, I can’t wait to smile proudly in photos instead of hiding from the camera. From the receptionist who greeted me, to Julie my wellbeing person, and especially Mike and Jess – thank you for the phenomenal job you’ve done. You’ve not just given me new teeth, you’ve given me back my smile and my confidence.”
