   This dental practice is lovely. I have been coming here for just under 15 years and it has always been wonderful to my entire family. We have been seeing the same dentist and been to the same practice all these years and it is lovely that he and the practice have watched my children grow up. They have always been very helpful, honest and friendly. Clarity is kindness and this practice will always have your best interests at heart. There is wheel chair access, accessible toilets and an on site carpark which is free. Unfortunately the car park is on a bit of a steep hill and there is not much space. There is a bus stop just outside the surgery for convenience too, as the surgery is on the start of a steep hill on Nore Road. This practice deals with private and NHS dental patients.

   Was able to secure a same day emergency appointment & I saw Sam who was fantastic. He repaired my tooth to the point you can’t even see where it’s been repaired. I was so impressed & relieved. Always very happy with the service & friendliness of everyone at this surgery, Thankyou

   Today I had to go to Portishead Dental Practice on more rd portishead. it was a scheduled appointment that my dentist there Tom had made for me for root canal treatment. Tom had to book me in with Dillon whom I had not seen before, as he did not have any himself to do it until the end of October and my problem would not wait that long. so, today I took myself to see Dillon and was extremely nervous as I had not seen him before and I know that 2 previous teeth I had work on caused me awful problems as they just shattered like glass. Dillon had already read my notes on this and I just cannot thank him and his assistant enough for today. I was made to feel so at ease everything was done in my time, I was not rushed at all and if I needed a break they were fine with it. I needed a few injections to deaden the area, and the work started, I think I only stopped twice apart from that he explained absolutely everything that he was doing and reassured %100. my tooth was in a bad way and I did not want it removed due to my previous problems so to prepare me for a crown to be fitted at a later date Dillon did my root canal treatment today. Thank you so much Dillon and his lovely assistant for looking after me so well.

   Superb service again from this practice. I broke a rear tooth on a Florentine on Saturday afternoon. Called Monday at 8.30am saw Laura at 9.25am and left all repaired by 9.50am. Pain free and all the staff as helpful as ever. I love my dentist : )

   Andrew House has been my dentist for 13 years now and his courtesy and kindness in noting ones foibles ( mine not being too low in the chair) deserves mention. I have on 2 occasions needed an emergency appointment lost fillings,and was seen the same day. The N.H.S is having a lot of criticism at present, so I feel it important to point out the excellent service we receive.
