My wife and I treated our adult children and their partners to a European trip with our first stop being Edinburgh, where we stayed at the Edinburgh Address / Adore Scotland location. The apartment was exactly as described and our whole family loved our stay! I highly recommend this location!!
Had to cancel a booking 3 weeks prior to booking date for personal reasons & yes whilst there's a cancelation fee they kept the deposit in full & there was no consideration that they could have re-booked the apartment trying to assist us in returning our deposit or part of in good faith & customer service Stay away from these guys not interested in customers & delivering what they promote Poor in every way
We have just returned from a short stay int The Old Bakery, one of your properties. The property was really lovely and right beside Dean Village. Tony the manager was very helpful and available for any questions we had. I might suggest that you could perhaps leave a pint of milk for the guests as there are no shops nearby. Other than that it was perfect.
We used 'The Edinburgh Address' when our family was staying in Edinburgh for a long weekend. The property they were able to provide was absolutely outstanding and the responsiveness of the team was very good. Based on our stay we would be comfortable recommending their service to others.

Booked at short notice. Everything was handled professionally, with excellent communication. The accommodation was even better than advertised. What a find. It was beautiful, very well appointed and was furnished to a high standard, and well equipped. Location perfect for the city centre, with the added bonus of a parking space.
