   Destiny Scotland Hanover Studio Apartment was a great stay in the center of New Town. The location of this apartment was the best, close to tourist attractions, restaurants, the train station and car rentals. The apartment was well stocked with a persons needs for cooking. Grocer close by. Washer/dryer in the apartment. The bed was fine to sleep on and the nights were quiet. Stairs to apartment. This is a great little apartment for a few nights stay.

   Our Destiny Scotland Hanover apartment was really nice with lots of space, amenities and was super clean. We had a view of all of Edinburgh's main sites, including the castle making everything we wanted to see just steps away (and maybe a few stairs). Speaking of stairs, the only complaint we have is that the apartment we picked is 5 flights of stairs up and there's no lift so be sure to check when booking where the apartment is located if you have any mobility issues and in our case, a couple of very heavy suitcases. The stairs were not noted in the VRBO listing. Otherwise a great stay!

   Stayed at 14 Hanover apartments. Excellent location to everything we wanted to see and do. Quick walk from Waverly station. It was quiet during our stay even with windows open. Pleasant surprise that washer is a washer/dryer combo unit. Stairs are steep and curved so consider that when booking.

   This apartment was fantastic for my four-day stay in Edinburgh. The Destiny staff was wonderful and promptly answered all of my arrival questions. There was an incredible amount of space inside, so you won't feel like you're on top of any travel companions. The large wardrobe was excellent for hanging clothes and allowing wet rain jackets to dry. Having access to a washer/dryer while traveling is absolutely amazing. This apartment is also brilliantly located to explore Edinburgh by foot or public transit; it is around the corner from the tram line and has buses running along Hanover. Bar crawling along Rose St. is so simply from this spot! I will absolutely be staying here again when I return to Edinburgh.

   Beautiful apartment and an incredible location! We also couldn't believe how well equipped the apartment was, especially the kitchenware. All the staff both leading up to the stay and in the office where we kept the luggage were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if we can.

   Location was good, but my room was 18 Hanover st. Apartment 10. It was 3rd floor without elevator. It was more like 4th floor. Room was crooked, so the bed was really uncomfortable. Because headside of bed was lower part. They didn't have handtowel hanger in the bathroom. Their shower drain didn't do wellm I'm sure there is good things for this place. But I will never pay that money to this apartment. U can get better choices. They overcharged what I get. On ur travel with kid and luggage, u don't want this room.

   Great location, friendly staff and spacious and clean rooms. Knocked off a star because of those stairs! To be fair, we knew about it prior to booking, but was still not prepared for it. It was such a pain carrying our luggages up (and down) those spiral staircase!

   Just returned from a week at the Destiny apartments along Hanover street. Booked the superior apartment with castle view, which is located on the top floor and does have a lot of steps up to it, this was to be expected and it is documented everywhere that there is no lift. The apartment was tidy and clean however there were a few things that let it down. The windows were filthy, when you have such a nice view of the city, you would expect to be able to see out of the windows! The bathroom hasn’t had much thought into it. You have to turn the tap to full in order to get the water to run warm, which means the water sprays everywhere. The rain full shower head sprays out over the top of the shower cubicle and floods the bathroom! The sink doesn’t look like it is finished as there is half the basin missing. The kitchen is missing a few vital things, you have an oven however no oven trays, or dishes that allow you to cook in the oven! Which did ruin our plans as wasn’t able to cook. The bed was horrendous, springs sticking out and extremely noisy when rolling over in the night. The view was amazing as is the location, however there could have been more attention to detail when spending so much money!

   I stayed in one of the apartments with my son during our vacation to Edinburgh, and the accommodation far exceeded my expectations. It was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, incredibly well located, quiet, super easy to check in and out, and had every necessity provided. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, but that posed no difficulty for us. This is the sort of place we would love to stay everywhere that we travel.
