   Rusty metal locker wristbands, health spa out of action for weeks, dirty grout filled tiles, and a poor email response to feedback. 1/3 health suite facilities are working, despite the website saying that 2/3 are working, no discounted priced offered. Place really needs regrouted, the tiles in the health suite area are revolting as well as the floor tiles. Overall what could be a great community asset seems like it is being run into the ground. All the money they get for memberships but no push to fix or maintain their facilities.

   Visited North Berwick Sports centre whilst on holiday in North Berwick and had a lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. The pool, health suite and changing rooms were spotless. Will definitely be back, thank you.

   I've had nothing but a terrible experience with the gym at this leisure center. Every time I try to get a clear answer or resolve an issue, I'm sent back and forth between staff members with excuse after excuse. No one takes proper responsibility, and nothing ever gets done. It feels like they're more interested in passing the buck than actually helping customers. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional – I expected better service from a place that promotes health and well-being. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.

   On holiday with family and visited your swimming pool.We had a lovely experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool area and changing rooms were lovely and clean. Lockers all working and lovely warm showers. Definitely be back on our next visit to North Berwick.

   Cafe has been closed while other food-based facilities have remained opened, Pupils are banned, Vending machines are faulty (e.g. Doesn't accept certain payment types even though is says it does, food gets stuck with no way of getting it, and no refunds), staff are unfriendly towards young people, overpriced for very little to do.overall bad.

   Went for health suite, told sauna wasn't working charged full price still. Asked if could use pool was a couple pounds extra thought okay but then told a private party has it booked it and had to get out of pool early so decided go just for health suite which was fine

   Used the gym during a 5 day visit to North Berwick this month. The gym website hadn't been updated as the planned refurbishment had already taken place. The gym was great and it only cost me £12 for a weeks membership (senior).
