   An excellent sports complex with a fantastic swimming pool and friendly staff. The pool area is always clean, and the water temperature is just right. There are plenty of lockers and showers, and it’s great for both casual swimmers and families. A perfect place to relax, exercise, and enjoy your free time.

   First time visit, Paid £11 for 2 adults and a 16m toddler, very friendly staff, spotless facilities. Communal changing area for the pool, lockers are £1 and are good sized. They have single cubicles or family ones with toddler seats/changing tables (perfect if your alone with a child). The showers were hot and the water was lovely and warm. We took our 16m and she absolutely loved it. To make it even better it has a really warm changing area so your still kept nice and toasty when you come out the pool. They have the main pool and a smaller ‘training’ pool. We stayed in the training pool. The life guards on duty seemed happy and very attentive. The life guard watching the smaller pool brought out so toys for the water, which was lovely of him. We didn’t go but also notice they have a cafe and soft play, which is great for kids. Would definitely recommend this place.

   This is a nice pool would say for the more serious swimmer,kids pool is warm but don't expect them to spend any time in the adult pool as it is pretty cold also no waiting times like other pools have a good option for a swim

   Really good gym and running track, alot off the scottish athletics meets and training is done within this venue and can get quite busy at peak times. It could do with an upgrade off some equipment.

   Swimming is good but the cafe is bad, I ordered chips and curry sauce and the curry sauce was watery and full of onions aswell when it didn't say that on the menu, it also took ages to come after ordering.

   The cafe was good with nice food. In the large pool I observed a group of ladies doing exercises to music. The smaller pool was not very busy and the Clorine seemed quite strong. Its a shame that more people don't use these facilities. Since it was the school holidays I thought it would be busier.
